Exceptional Service
ScS provided an exceptional service from purchase to delivery. The process was smooth and easy. Delivery was excellent. Kept up to date throughout the process. On delivery day, received text updates and a call from the delivery guys Graham and Martin. They arrived on time. They were polite, friendly and respectful. They set up the sofa beds promptly and efficiently. I would highly recommend.

We were met by a very pleasant salesman Nathan, who helped us choose from a range of sofas which suited our requirements.
After he had pointed out a selection he left us to look around at our leisure to make our decision.
We felt that we were helped as opposed to being forced into buying something.

Purchased a Theo 3 seater and arm chair, great service and quick delivery time, amazing service from the delivery guys Simon and Dan, polite efficient service, took care of my property, time keeping was to the time scale provided.

Was made to feel welcome instore and no pressure to make a decision. I knew what I wanted and I was shown the product. Everything was explained to me before I decided to make the purchase. Looking forward for the delivery.

Good choice and service but it would have been nice to be told before we paid for the carpet that they were having difficulty sourcing it and can’t give a delivery date.

AJ was incredibly polite and energetic about the whole SCS brand and products. It’s refreshing to speak to knowledgeable customer service personal without feeling like you are being pushed into a purchase. He came across very professional and we were pleased to have placed the order. Now the crunch as we await our delivery and product quality.

Our experience at the salesroom was great, we were dealt with by a very pleasant salesmen who was attentive and very informative. We were given plenty of time to look around and did not feel pressured at any time. ( I particlarly do not like pushy sales staff).
Once we had made our decision he carefully went throgh the various options available to us with regard to credit , care packages and delivery options.
our purchase was competed in a timely but not rushed manner and a delivery date was agreed.
in the following weeks we recieved various email confirmations and on the day prior to the arranged delivery date we were given a timesot.
We recieved regular udates on our delivery timeslot throughout the morning of the delivery and the tracker app was very useful.
Our delivery crew were prompt, polite and professional.
The delivery and installation of our sofa only took them a matter of minutes which was impressive considering access to the property is quite resrictive.
All packaging was removed from the property and after confirming that we were happy that the delivery was competed to our complete satisfaction, a photo was taken.
Over all we were very impressed with the service
