Also it has been nearly two weeks for our order from Milton Keynes to be delivered

The delivery guys were polite and did a good job of putting the furniture in place where I wanted it and when I pointed out that there was a mark on the sofa they assured me that it would come out using the cleaner they gave me after they left my husband returned and proceeded to remove all the tags that were left on and noticed a tear in the leather we rang and was told ( automated response) that we had to fill in a form online as I do not have a pc I tried to do this on my phone but the web is not secure and it could expose all my passwords and credit card details so obviously I cannot use it I now have to make a very long journey to my nearest store and hope that they will help me not impressed that I cannot talk to anyone on the phone

Greeted at the door, asked requirements, I went looking for something I had seen on line but they don’t have in store, wanted to test how cosy it was, luckily, Jamielee showed me equivalent thank goodness she did. She then showed me every possible scenario in the store to match my measurements . Jamielee was so helpful and very patient, not a pushy sales person at all.
Went beyond to get me the right sofa in the right fabric and a footstool and chair. Just now waiting delivery

They weren't pushy. But we're helpful when i needed it.
My only criticism is that iv had no confirmation email of my purchase but was sent a quote before my purchase. I feel you should send out confirmation emails.

Excellent well made Sofa Bed with a wide range of colour fabrics to choose from and the mattress is of great size and quality. Delivery was on time with very good communication and the team carefully unpacked and positioned the Sofa Bed in the room of our choice. We are very pleased with our purchase.

We purchased the complete set of electronic recliners, including a three-seater, a two-seater, and a single sofa, as the quality is exceptional and they possess a modern aesthetic. There wasn't any pressure, we knew what we wanted, they went through everything we needed to know.

Setee seems perfect but I have yet to fully test it and it was delivered on time and as planned. This could not have been better.

Great customer service. Felt welcomed in store but not hassled. Jamie-Lee answered any questions we had and sale was smooth. We were notified well in advance when our sofa would be delivered and had updates on the time the day before and a phone call on the day of delivery. The delivery team were efficient and polite.

Super thrilled! We actually did not have the best experience at the Bedford store but I decided to walk in to the MK Store and I’m thrilled that we did. Manjit greeted us and allowed us to walk around the whole store and then noticed that we needed assistance and he was amazing. He explained the whole ordering process in detail and he was friendly and extremely knowledgeable. Manjit made our shopping experience absolutely flawless and painless. We were thrilled with our quote and we so enjoyed speaking to him. We never felt pressured and the whole process was seamless. We cannot thank him enough!

The tracking app was accurate. The men were friendly, smart and efficient. Despite the fact that they had to deliver 2 large sofas on a hot day they did not complain once. It was a tight fit but they did it.
