The gentleman that served us - Damain really went over & above to look after us. There was no pressure selling, however if it wasn't for his professional & friendly personality & attitude, we wouldn't have made the purchase for the sofas.

SCS Solihull have the most exceptional top customer service there is out there, more so specifically Damain who served us. We saw a sofa for my sister in the Ghallager Shopping park branch in Wednesbury.
However we needed to go and double measure to check to make sure the sofa will fit. We then headed to our nearest SCS to make the purchase. Damain made the process so smooth and stacked a deal and told us they don't have the sofa in their store however he can sell us the one we saw in Wednesbury from the Solihull Branch.

Damain is a true asset to SCS Solihull and his customer rapport and polite approach was so on point we can not thank you enough Damain for your assistance and help in purchasing my sisters sofa.

If there is a bonus commendation that can be given to Damain, please award and reward him with it as he is very deserving of his appreciated work.

We visited the Solihull branch today to look at sofas for our new house. As soon as we walked in the smell was fabulous ( air freshener in air con ) and although there was plenty of staff they didn't bombard us. They were all smiling and very friendly and relaxed. My husband immediately took a liking to one of the sofas near the entrance and salesman Trevor was nearby, who gave me a freebie gift of a retractable tape measure. He explained that all the different materials available were draped around the walls which I found really helpful as the colour of the one my husband loved was in navy , not really what we wanted but it was so much easy to see all the colours and textures without going through booklets. He offered us a tea / coffee and let us browse around the new refurbished branch at our leisure. We eventually purchased the first one my husband had set his sights on in a different colour and Trevor took us through the process very relaxed not pushy but professionally.

Overall, we are really pleased with our sofa and would like to thank Trevor and the team at SCS Solihull for a really pleasant experience, and would definitely recommend them.

Popped in to browse and was really impressed with the knowledgable, helpful Gerald, who was only too glad to talk through all the features and materials. Very relaxed, no pressure whatsoever - Gerald is a genuine credit to your company. Left with a free tape measure each; we’ll be back! 👍👍

Ordered sofa 8th Jan for delivery 28th Feb, delayed til 10th March, then delayed til 30th March, then 27th April now 28th April. Customer Services an absolute shambles!! Noone answers for hours. Found a separate number given by a store and when got through no use. My order is from an insurance claim as my previous sofa 18months old has faulty mechanism. Therefore was issued with an SCS voucher. Unable to cancel as will end up with another voucher no goodwill compensation aas claims I aint paid cash yet I am still paying for the faulty one. Im appalled by the whole situation!!! Manager at store who sold sofa was the only person who was lovely and I feel sorry for him as its an embarrassment for him!!

The show room we visited in Solihull was beautiful, very well designed and the staff were very friendly and helpful. We weren’t hassled to make a decision but had lots of useful advice and we chose our sofa at our leisure and are very happy with it.

Gerald was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. He was also friendly and approachable which is why we chose to by from SCS

All good no problems. Took 2 Months before delivery but very pleased with sofas and delivered with care. Very pleasant and efficient arrived on time of day as advised by driver who was really helpful.

I recently wrote a review , and unfortunately have to continue with the sorry saga.
Sofa delivery one arrived but delivery guys could not get it through door without trying the other entrance options, which resulted in a non delivery. A new delivery was arranged for today, the the really helpful guys got it in without much effort. However, when one part was in situ I noticed that not only was it the wrong colour , but also the wrong sofa !!! It’s consequently gone back and I’m left with nothing. Trying to get through to the helpline is a nightmare also unless you press the option that you want to pay them something, and then they got back quickly. Dreadful , apart from the staff on the end of the telephone when I finally got through. Two days off work with loss of pay for nothing. Not happy !!!

Really pleased with SCS, from sales staff, right through to delivery. I was updated a couple of times re time of delivery and the sofa’s came within 5mins of original time. Guys were extremely polite and very efficient. Delighted with my furniture.
