We were greeted by Marie as soon as we walked in Store at South Shields but she wasn’t at all pushy, she was warm, pleasant and knowledgeable about the products pointing us in the direction we wanted to be in and we invested in our first new sofa in 12 years! They have an excellent range of sofas making it difficult to make a choice but Marie was a star from start to finish, we look forward to receiving our new sofa first week of December

I had viewed suites online first to see if I liked the look of any and dropped into the store to ask advice and the assistant answered any questions I had and was able to order my first choice of suite they were friendly and polite and took time to explain everything to me thank you

Choice made, sale agreed and delivery date given then paid for. In and out within 40 minutes .

Just to update on my previous review criticising scs and I am now happy to say that it was not the South Shields shop that created the problem but the Wallsend shop, that let us down.
All is well now and our furniture is sitting happily in our home.

Took time to show me the sofas I liked and answered my questions.Didn't feel rushed.

Poped in just to look at the riser type chairs, and with the help of Julie and her extensive knowledge ended up buying one, loved the way we not put under any pressure to buy I would definitely recommend this shop.

A good selection of carpets for all rooms. Helpful staff who explained the ordering process and booked a date for the lounge to be measured. Easy payment schemes available.

Staff were very helpful and patient. Could have taken all day to choose a settee and they wouldn’t have complained. Looking forward to the settee being delivered.

Went in to the shop yesterday to buy a new sofa and chairs for the Christmas. I have to say the staff went above and beyond.
I had a fractured ankle which I struggled walking a bit as I had a big boot on my foot and I got help with that too, linking onto the lovely gentleman as I hobbles around haha :) They found me a lovely sofa and two love chairs and a discount too which was amazing. Delivery will be here middle of November, so plenty of time for Christmas. Keep up the good work guys. A very happy customer at SCS I won’t shop anywhere else :)

Marie and the staff are amazing, listening to your needs, what you like and what you don't offering the knowledge and experience to help you choose the right sofa and flooring.

As am disabled with my vision and mobility, Marie was wonderful to suggest recliner chair and sofa plus which I didn't know that as the chairs are specifically designed for disabled and claimed PIP an extra 20% off with VAT EXEMPTION.

So my experience was absolutely brilliant, the ladies to the company proud.

I was nervous coming to store as I had no idea what I was looking for as I have multiple disabilities so choosing a sofa is hard.

So thanks to Marie and team have found a perfect sofa and chairs that are amazing, plus flooring for our lounge.
