Needed a sofa and chair for the Christmas holidays and if it wasn't delivered super quick, I would be sitting on a dining chair on Christmas Day. Visited the South Shields store on Monday and they are delivering tomorrow (Wednesday). Less than a week to Christmas, didn't think I could get anything leaving it that late. They made it happen. Delivery from FOSS SDC-249, can’t fault the service.

The passage was a bit tight to bring the settee through (2&3 seater). He was more than happy to bring it around to the back and come in through the conservatory. Fully explained that I had 72 hours to report faults as it was not being opened on delivery due to decorating the house, overall a great experience.

Sofa is as expected when we seen it in the show room.
