Sealants and Tools Direct Ltd Opiniones

Prompt delivery!
truly next day delivery - which was a welcome relief from the over 8 days delivery of another company also promising next day! We have not used the product yet, so can not comment on it's effectiveness, but we have every hope it will work. We did try several other things - they did not work, or only on certain slabs (patio cleaner, black spot removed) - so ask me later after we tested this one! so far so good, thank you guys!!

I ordered a 25L drum of wood treatment, and used it once after delivery (approx 5L in a 5L spray bottle). I went to use it again a few weeks later (the drum has not been moved) and it was bone dry - empty. Incredibly confused... I filled the drum with water to see if there was a leak and there was the smallest hole on the inside underneath of the drum (which had been covered in plastic wrap as i hadn't unwrapped it until now). The product had over the weeks drained completely. I notified the company as soon as i was aware to be told "Sounds like a little leak after you filled up the 5 litre sprayer. But I cant be sure" and that they wouldn't help me, as time had passed and the delivery driver hadn't reported any leaks. I replied, that it may have happened during transport/delivery or that as it was such a small leak it was not noticed or had been pooling in the plastic with photos of the tiny hole / location... and I have had no response.
This company effectively told me I damaged it myself and that was that. Why would I want to be 20L out of product and writing this on the internet?!
Avoid - take your money but offer no service.

Is my second order from Sealants and Tools Direct Ltd.
I ordered on Saturday and was delivered on tuesday, so very quick. Box of Sika Everbuild PinkGrip Dry Fix FR Dryfix Plasterboard Installation Foam and foam cleaner. I saw negative reviews , but I have never had any problems with my order.. Quick delivery and perfect stuff, Great communication! Absolutely recommended

I’ve used these a couple of times now. They always respond quickly to messages and the prices are very reasonable.

Top service on item ordered , the delivery was as described, bang on time ; definitely will use this company again

We had problems with delivery arrangements which became rather muddled and difficult to sort out, however Zoe from Sealants and Tools Direct was just fantastic! She got on the phone to the delivery company and sorted everything out for us. Am so impressed and grateful to her. A real asset to Sealants and Tools Direct Ltd. Will definitely buy from this company again. Thanks to all!

Great communication! Really rapid delivery and reasonable price! Great company would definitely try and use them again for any further orders 👍👍

Excellent helpful service. Good prices. Quick delivery and good quality products. Will use again.

Very slow delivery service. Ordered on a Monday with the assurance I would have the product by Thursday with a 2 day service to my area. Product did not arrive until the following Tuesday which was too late. This company seem to use the cheapest possible courier/delivery service. Won't order again.

First time I have used this company, it won't be the last!
Excellent service.

Ordered some liquid rubber roof paint, reinforcing mesh, tubes of sealant, brush and roller kit. The items were competitively priced, and were promptly delivered. There was some leakage of paint in one of the boxes which had occurred in transit. The spoiled items were quickly replaced, and were delivered next day. Very impressed.

The reason for me taking the time to write this review is to recommend this company for the excellent customer service that we received. We had a problem that was through no fault of the company or product that we received but were given a replacement free of charge regardless. It is really lovely to deal with people like this that show a duty of care to their customers. Thank you very much.

Positive experience!

The company supplied me with two heavy 20KG tins of Evercryl fibre reinforced roof repair compound for £256. I was kept up to date about delivery, by a nice young man called Marcin. He delivered the tins right to my door without a dent.

A great product supplied in a timely manner at a most competitive price. Oh, and the product is fantastic too!

over the moon with this company .bought 25ltr of black jack had it delivered in 4 days to northern ireland i might add .will be back for more Products.DX done a great job with delivery came right to front door.
Thank You

They take payment for items that they know are not in stock.

You don't find out about this until you log into the website days later and see a notice in your order history. You don't get an email informing you of this.

You then have to chase them for cancellation & refund.

Certainly one to avoid!

Placed an order for an 18v silver line drill Inc 2 batteries,an update on product I already own.
Heavily reduced price, paid with PayPal,option on payment.
10 days ago, no drill , chased by email, very curt reply saying email sent saying cancelled.
No email received, resent message saying contract existed ,confirmed ,and paid.
Received message,no stock, and refund issued.
Not good enough!
However just been on site, still listed, still happy to accept orders, pulled out on payment confirmation

Very helpful... Made an online order that was notified as being ready for collection the same day ... Collection was made a few days later .. I mistakenly ordered the wrong colour ... which I was able to change there and then. Great service. Many thanks.
