Sealants and Tools Direct Ltd Opiniones

Why does the page that you can track your order not exist?

I've used them many times in the past without issue but boy how things have changed, I placed an order on the 14th well aware it stated 2 - 4 days delay after 6 days of hearing nothing i called to see the status of my order, the lady that answered really needs to work on her telephone manner it was shocking, she told me the goods were out for delivery the next day (weds) weds comes and goes and i called again today (fri) and the same lady answered and this time she told me it would be a few weeks and i should of called before ordering for an eta, when i stated i had been told they were out for delivery just days early she flat out lied and said there was no one there that would of told me that. I then asked for a refund and was told ok and the phone was put down on me. Avoid at all costs.

I should have the read reviews First! As requested I rang to check stock, we went through the 4 items I needed and all were in stock. I placed the order within 5 minutes of the phone call. After a week of chasing I had received only one of the four items. They finally admitted that the remaining items had not been in stock and were due in Friday (about 2 weeks from placing order). Judging by previous reviews that may very well be a delaying tactic. I will wait for confirmation.

Took my order, a week later sent a refund. No email to explain why. What a waste of time. Now I have to order elsewhere and wait for a proper company to deliver. I certainly won't be using them ever again.

Update: received an email saying out of stock and discontinued only after I posted this feedback. However, they still have the item listed for sale and in stock on their website!

False advertising their delivery times. Claiming their orders arrive within 2-4 working days but in email they confirmed there is zero chance of order arriving before the 4th working day. When you ask them why they provide inaccurate delivery info - they ignore the question and keep repeating misinformation like robots. Waste of time when you ordering something that is time-critical. Based on my experience dealing with online tools retailers, businesses like this one are also likely to fail delivery even within the maximum time frame.

Their reply below confirms how unprofessional and ignorant of their own lies they are. They keep false-advertising 2-4 day delivery, when in reality the best they can do it 4 days minimum delivery.

A* service. Really helpful staff, fast delivery, excellent. Thank you!

Excellent, great advice really helpful guy on phone and super fast delivery!

Great service and fast delivery. Would definitely recommend

SCAM - last few weeks they started to advertise misleading prices on google to attract more customers. Don't believe what the say in reply to this review.
I paid for bench grinder and they sent me wheels for the grinder saying I did not understand what I am buying. What a pity I can't attach screenshot from their website. They are just liars. They agreed however to send return label, but I don't care at this moment. All want is to shout to others. Don't bother to buy anything from them. And please the team of this business - don't reply to try to make things right now. I don't care. You had a chance. No more

Excellent service, great price, fast delivery and quality items highly recommend

Received products ordered really quickly. Exactly what I wanted and at the right price too.

Highly professional, quick and efficient

The high quality of the goods ordered are already known to me. The cost of the goods has made my purchase good value, and the service/supply/delivery provided is first rate.

This has been my first order with S&TD Ltd, and I expect not the last.

Needed to purchase wood floor adhesive on two occasion and both times used Sealants and Tools Direct. Simple to order and the cheapest I could find. First delivery arrived within 48 hours from ordering with the second delivery arriving 14 hours after placing order! Excellent for both price and delivery.

Great Service. I ordered patio cleaner x3 5L and it arrived the next day. Reliable supplier. I'd use them again.

My first order with the company. I ordered 12 tubes of everbuild 125 caulk. Although delivery was £7.50 for a 3-5 day period, the order was still pretty much cheaper than the other sites that I looked at. I placed the order about 2pm yesterday, it turned up about 11.40AM today (west London). I checked the manufacture dates on the tubes, the stock is less than 2 months old. I will definitely use them again but my only gripe is that I had to create an account and go through the payment process to find out how much the delivery costs were. V happy though

Living in Devon I elected to collect my purchase in person. As requested I completed the purchase online and received an email soon after telling me that my purchase was ready for collection.
When I arrived I gave my name and without any issue my 25 liter drum of wood treatment was loaded into the back of my car
Great price
Great service
Many thanks
John

I live in the very Far North of Scotland and looking for Blackjack All Weather Roof coating - sent email to this company as to cost of shipping.. Immediately they replied with a cost that by far undercut any other supplier. I ordered and three days later my 50ltrs arrived - considering it came from Devon and I live 750 miles north; fantastic..

Quick, first class service. Had some problems with the website when trying to order some staples online. The response from the staff was quick and efficient both by phone and email. The problem was sorted right away and the staples were posted FOC as a way of a goodwill gesture. Great customer service.

Seriously impressed with this company and the service I received from them. The product was exactly what I was looking for and even better the price was reduced.
Even when I amended my order it could not have been easier and communication was a strength of the team.
They deserve high praise.
