I had too keep contacting too see when the plumber contractor was going too attend my property a time frame was given from 9am till 6.30pm for an emergency ? Obviously it was less of emergency as I had told the claim handler that the water had too be isolated from the United utilities early hours by the outside stop tap which feeds 2/3 houses or so but it had done a lot of damage as I had been away from the Friday till returning Sunday evening as i say not the plumber contractors fault working on behalf as he had other emergency jobs too attend before he finally got too my property he sorted the problem before he left and turned the water on back on for me and my neighbours just unsure know whom do i contact regarding further ? I haven't claimed before or had anybody out for emergency I have submitted photo evidence likewise the contractor did also so been left in the dark a little it as needed too dry out anyway as my cupboards flooring walls washing machine have all been affected damaged and haven't had any contact back from insurance or Sedgwick regarding this leak ? As I say bit bemused and unsure what next move is as haven't claimed in the 10. Years I have been in this property Mr Burke

I wanted to take a moment to express how impressed I have been with the service provided by our loss adjuster Megan throughout this claim.
From the outset, she was professional, knowledgeable, and highly responsive. They took the time to clearly explain the process, set realistic expectations, and kept us regularly updated at each stage. What really stood out was their attention to detail and willingness to listen — they genuinely considered our concerns and worked with us to reach a fair outcome.
Their approach made what could have been a stressful situation much easier to manage. Communication was always prompt and courteous, and they demonstrated a high level of integrity and transparency throughout.
Overall, I would highly recommend their services to anyone going through an insurance claim. Their expertise and customer-focused approach made a real difference.

Isaac Endersby was the person I dealt with. The claim was for a flooded ceiling from an above property. He was very contactable responsive and actually got us over the line an compensated very very quickly. A truly professional lad. I hope he becomes a trainer. We were absolutely delighted with the service we have received from Sedgwick. Our water leak had gone undiscovered for several months despite our insurance company sending SOS guys out twice. We eventually got our own people in who discovered a pipe under the kitchen floor had sprung 2 leaks. Once our insurance company had instructed the loss adjusters, Sedgwick, it was

It had been 6 months before the insurance company instructed Sedgwick, a lot of heart ache and upset in the meantime. Sedgwick are a fabulous company to deal with.

Amazing service cake out within 2 hours of calling through my home insurance for leaky pipes leaking through my ceiling downstairs repaired with new pipe and connection haven't had any leaks since!

Having had a tricky experience with a previous organisation, I was so pleased with the service provided by Sedgwick! Zoe was very thorough and fair in her assessment of both the damage and the repairs needed. She instantly made me feel comfortable and confident about our repairs, helping me navigate what can be quite an intimidating and complicated process. She has regularly checked in regarding progress and has generally made this experience a pleasant and stree-free one. I am very grateful for this!

Julie and Ian dealt with my claim and both were excellent. They were really easy to deal with - clear, responsive and very helpful. My claim was substantial and they helped my through it and were very kind as i had just suffered a family bereavement.

The Loss Adjuster came to my home and made a thorough report regarding the damage done to my home from a leaking floor pipe, which caused my central heating to fail. This resulted in my having to evacuate my home for two months while remedial works were taking place.
I have also been very pleased with emails I have received from Sedgwick which have kept me up-to-date with the progress of my Home Insurance claim.
