Rosie and her assistant Lindsay are two of the most professional, knowledgeable and helpful people I have had the pleasure of working with. They have been organising the mortgages for several buy to let and owner properties for us for over 10 years and we wouldn’t use anyone else.

Been using Seico Group for years
Outstanding service from Seico Group.
3rd time I am using Seico Group as a broker to remortgage.
They were able to provide different options (IR only / offset account / remortgage) and kept me informed during all the process.
Whether by email or over the phone Jamie and Gemma were always available to answer questions I had.
My only regret is that I did not follow up on their advice at the end of 2022 when my then current mortgage was a few months to end and they warned me that IR would go up soon and I should get a new mortgage agreement now to avoid the hike in IR.
I would definitely recommend Seico Group and looking forward to working with them again.

I was referred to this company by a…
I was referred to this company by a friend of mine when I had no idea of what am suppose to do in my mortgage.
The person I was allocated initially was Andrew Cantelo. Andrew is one of the most friendly people have met in life. Everytime I call Seico, I meet more friendly people.
I love this company truly and I am glad they were the ones I used for my mortgage.
Also, they made my mortgage offer the quickest anyone has had.
Most of my friends got their mortgage offer in nothing less than 4 months but I got mine within 1 month. Thank you guys always

Incredible service. Been with Jamie at Seico for years after a dear friend recommended him. Seico has been invaluable to me, they offer the best advice, I never need to even think about it. Jamie and his team do all the work and I just have to say yes! Great Service with Two Re-Mortgages
I was contacted by Seico Mortgage Department in April this year regarding a Buy-To-Let Mortgage whose Fixed Rate expired 30th June and a Fixed Rate Mortgage on my own residential property expiring on the 31st July. The Rental proved to be quite straight forward, the Residential a wee bit trickier due to officially becoming an OAP in January - although still working full time in my own self-employed business and not drawing any pensions. Andrew Cantelo set everything up and talked me through various options on each property and once decisions as to which lender I was moving to had been made, Clare McKinstrie oversaw the administration of each transfer. Andrew (Andy) assured me he would keep an eye on the interest rates available right up until a week before completion of each product. Indeed on my own residential property a better deal was secured within days of the final product transfer taking place. Andrew and Clare make an excellent team and oversaw everything superbly. I would not hesitate to recommend them, indeed I have already referred friends to them and without any doubt will return to them when these Fixed Rate Deals expire.

On time in full - every time!
As ever very smooth and efficient - communication speed is key. All the guys I deal with (Karly & Matt) react in a really timely manner. Nothing is ever any bother! I have recommended this service to about half a dozen of my friends and family and do so in full confidence!
