Bita and Sam at Reach4 have been excellent throughout our mortgage process.

From the first conversation they took the time to understand our situation and find us the right deal, and they secured our offer without any fuss. Sam in particular kept things moving and was always quick to answer questions, however small, which made a genuinely stressful process feel manageable. Communication was clear, prompt and patient from start to finish.

We're first-time buyers and never once felt out of our depth, they explained everything in plain terms and were on hand whenever we needed them. Highly recommended.

I’ve been using Reach 4 for at least 14 years now.
From my very first mortgage to re mortgaging, everything has been so easy and straightforward.
I don’t understand anything to do with mortgages, rates, insurance so the fact that I tell Jonathan what I’m wanting and the rest is done for me.
I trust his knowledge and experience to get me the best deals.
Even today I’ve had an email to say he’s changed the mortgage which we had done a few weeks ago because the rates had changed.
So he’s even watching my interest without me even knowing.
First class experience from start to finish.
Donna and Sam always hiding in the background to help things along too.
Nothing is ever too much trouble for any of them.
