I would highly recommend a specific broker I dealt with (Matt Macneill). This particular broker went the extra mile to find me lender with a good interest rate as it was my first time looking for a lender for a buy to let property.

Good level of communication and speedy response to emails. All instructions and lists of required documents were clear and I received confirmation of receipt.

Excellent service, made the whole process so easy for us. They are extremely knowledgeable and efficient. Would highly recommend!

This is a long overdue review but, I would Highly recommend using these folks they are very helpful and good at what they do. Jamie and Gemma have taken me through at lest five mortgage process' wonderfully smoothly. We may not like the rates anymore but we can hardly blame them for that!

My partner and I were both looking to buy our first home and were recommended Seico mortgages by family who had used them before. I cannot recommend them enough to anyone else wanting to secure a mortgage. The replies were fast, everything was explained in good detail (great for first time buyers), we got the mortgage we needed for the home we wanted. We dealt with Jamie and Karly throughout who were both amazing.

Had a really positive experience with Seico. From the first call with Andrew we weren't ready to purchase but he gave us some good advice on what to expect and the products that were available. A few months later when we were ready, it felt like a seamless experience. Had some trouble with the initial lender but Andrew quickly sorted a second lender with the same terms. Once we had the mortgage agreed we were passed on to Clare who was great at coordinating with our lender. All round, a positive experience

Amazing company, I had Tash Parish dealing with my complicated case, even found me a fantastic new solicitors when the one I had was not very good and she was absolutely brilliant, constant updates and fantastic communication, fast response, went above and beyond, highly recommended 😁
