Es wurde eine Tagesdecke und Kissenbezüge bestellt. Einige Wochen später kamen Artikel, welche nicht bestellten Größe entsprachen. Achtung Firma ist vermutlich aus England und bestellt in China. Bis heute schon vier Monate lang frage ich nach Umtausch an die schreiben immer wieder das die Ware. wie bestellt ausgeliefert wurde. Es gibt keine Akzeptanz, das umzutauschen, die schreiben wir haben geliefert wie auf den Bildern abgebildet …weil sie nicht das richtige Maß an die Chinesen übermitteln können. Nun bleiben wir auf den falschen Größen sitzen. Finger weg von dieser Firma!

Ordered 2 fat ball cage feeders. Just delivered TOP QUALITY. Very well made and perfect for the smaller birds. Really delighted. Worth every penny!!

Very effective wheelie bin locks supplied quickly with clear instructions, does the job effectively.

I bought an item from them through their eBay page. The delivery driver didn't even try to deliver to my address and put my parcel INSIDE a complete strangers bin. When I contacted them to let them know my parcel was marked a delivered but it was nowhere to be seen they quickly replied it was delivered and had the attitude that it was fine for it to be in a complete strangers bin and they even told me to look in all the neighbours bins after I'd already told them I'm disabled and physically can't do that.

They don't seem to grasp the concept that a delivery driver throwing your parcel in a random strangers bin isn't adequate delivery.

The service I received deserves to be rewarded 5 stars except that the delivery service were useless and caused damaged to my purchase, however the customer service I received was outstanding and would have had 5 stars on any other occasion

Dissapointing, cheap quality. Had bought a mini green house, but wood was cheap, rough sawn. The stain was patchy.There were splits in the timber near screws and gaps between some joints. Can't imagine e it lasting much more than a winter or two so sent it back for a refund. It wasn't the same quality of product that was shown in the photos on the website. The closeup online implies a far better quality timber than what is supplied. Buy with caution .

Would have given 5 stars if the original order had arrived, But customer services were absolutely wonderful. Sent a replacement by return! Its a great bird feeder and the birds started using it within minutes of it being hung up

I love going on here every once in a while and finding great deals and nice things. The clearance section feels like I'm scamming them- such lovely pieces for a €5 or less. I've bought cute cast iron door stoppers, garden tools, hanging planters, decorations etc and all have come in perfect condition. One of my favorite places for garden bits.

We ordered a 5 Tier Mini Greenhouse Cover from Amazon back in June this year. Foolishly we didn’t open the package until a few days ago only to discover it was the wrong item - we had ordered a reinforced cover and the length should have been 200 cm. What we received was not reinforced and was only 140 cm in length.
We contacted Amazon but of course it was too late to return it. We then contacted the supplier, Garden Selections. They replied almost immediately and after sending images of our order and then the product received they arranged to send the correct item. They could not have been more helpful. Their representative, Dawn, was very quick in her responses and also in arranging for the correct item to be delivered.
A very efficient and caring company.

The box I ordered was beautifully made and far better quality than anything else I found online. It also arrived immediately. It felt like a lot of thought and care had gone into making this item and that's something I appreciate very much. I think the price is way too low for such craftsmanship. It's excellent.

Item arrived broken but was rectified so speedily & efficiently by Dawn, the sort of service you get so infrequently. Delighted!

Houseplant water irrigation kits for holidays - do not work! Various bottles purchased to find a good fit. Water distributes quickly when tested in a glass/vase. But when inserted into soil, water does drip out.... Adjusting the flow makes no difference and I placed two bottles in two different plants for a week and measured the flow. No water came out at all... I suspended the bottle above the soil slightly at angle as an option but even on the highest adjustment, the water bottle was emptied within 24 hours - so not ideal for a holiday...

Over the years I have had a number of bird feeders and these products are sturdy and good quality. As they are wider, Jackdaws struggle to get to the nuts!

Site was easy to get around and ordering was easy, delivery fairly quick. When I received my package there was an issue with one of my items, I contacted customer service who was really great and gave me a few opinions and it was resolved very quickly. I had an issue with the lawn levelling tool, Dawn in customer services sent a replacement straight away, she was courteous and very professional. I am very impressed with this company.

The feeders certainly have fooled the squirrels thus far and the small birds are feeding without issue … once they’ve worked out how to fit through the bars. Should save me a fortune in sunflower hearts long term!!
The twist locking mechanisms do take a bit of getting use to but they prevent squirrels getting lid off!

We wondered why our purchase of a bird feeder was taking so long to arrive, but after asking why the delay, we now know it was delivered within a couple of days, the delivery company Yodel had just left the package in a place we didn't expect it to be.

So now we have the feeder and it looks pretty strong and easy to clean, which was the main reason to buy this product, we think it is really good value for money too.

Today we put it out for the birds to test, but I am sure all they want is the seeds.

I would give 0 stars if I could item arrived damaged and late would not recommend
