It was very easy to deal with ProAktive Selfbuild Insurance.
The phone was answered very quickly (even in these strange times) and did not go to voicemail, which was refreshing, unlike other companies that I phoned, (who never returned my calls)
Emily Walters was very efficient and ran through all my options.
The price was competitive compared with other prices and is underwritten by Aviva, which is re-assuring!
I will use this company again.

Original quote was referred then…
Original quote was referred then cleared. As client contacted to take out cover from Saturday, the day after the original quote was done, the inception date had to be amended. This brought up another refer message so we could not take out cover till Monday when we called your office.
