Met with Steve at the Tamworth branch…
Met with Steve at the Tamworth branch today, a couple of things on the car which I knew with a chip in the windscreen and alloys scratched so expected a knock on the online valuation, but he was more than fair on the final offer and we negotiated briefly to what my minimum sale price would be. The whole process took 20 minutes and the money in my account just 30 minutes later. Amazing service!

Straightforward and stress free
As soon as we met with Steve D he made us instantly feel comfortable. He clearly explained the process throughout. I had never used sellyourcar2jack before but I couldn’t recommend the Tamworth branch highly enough.
We were happy with the price provided and there was no awkward haggling!

Selling your car! Use these guys. Friendly, fast, great price & hassle free
Can honestly say we had such a positive experience with these guys. The guy who made the appointment for us (sorry can’t remember name) was very friendly and helpful.
We were emailed to confirm appointment and what to bring with us on the appointment. We also received a telephone call a couple of days prior to our appointment to confirm with us again and check we were attending.
On the appointment day we saw Steve, such friendly guy, and very welcoming. Talked us through the steps of selling car and explained what he was checking and doing as he was completing the checks. Got a great price so we were really happy. Would definitely recommend if you are selling your car, fast, friendly and hassle free.

Misleading Valuation and Unfair Price Reduction
Very disappointing experience. The company initially offered a fair price for my car, but after inspection they reduced the offer by over £300 without providing any reasonable explanation. The vehicle was exactly as described, with full service history and in excellent condition. This felt like a bait-and-switch tactic rather than a fair valuation process. I would not recommend this company.
From the plate number provided, I believe you can easily get the previous owners as this is essential info to get before providing your valuation.

Following the inspection, we found that your vehicle had a higher-than-average number of previous keepers than was initially expected. This is one of the factors we consider when assessing a vehicle's value, and it was reflected in the revised offer.
All of our initial valuations are subject to a full vehicle inspection to ensure they accurately reflect the car's condition and history. We understand it can be disappointing when the final offer differs from the original estimate, but we strive to make our valuations as fair and transparent as possible.
