These guys are a bunch of scam artists, Not only do they offer ridiculous amounts for premium products, they treat you like a fool. Never use them

Declined the offer because I firmly believe that my laptop fell within one of the specific categories set by the company. Irrespective of this once declined, I have not received my laptop back as per the company’s t&c’s. They won’t answer emails and cannot be contacted by phone. Leave this company alone !
Following the above review, I was contacted by the company and they admitted their error in grading the laptop. I have since received payment of the correct amount and I must say their aftersales in apologising and resolving the issue was excellent.

I have used SYL multiple times now, i work for a small company and over time we go through a few laptops that need replacing and/or have broken.

Using SYL was simple, just go to their website, put in the details of your laptop and it will give you a price.

They will then collect your laptops via DPD with no cost to you. They review your laptops and if they need to change the price due to a fault you didnt see etc they will email you to let you know.

Also, a great thing which i found last time was that i sent a laptop with a condition of 'good'. However, after review SYL emailed me to say the laptop was actually in excellent condition and reviewed my price for the laptop to a higher one.

Collected Friday, inspected Wednesday, a little disappointed that I understood from HP that I had a 13th gen processor but was told by syl it is only a 12th gen processor and dispite having a brand new 1tb SSD the price was dropped by £30, guess i cannot complain but do feel a little miffed. Oh and the money was in the bank a couple of hours after I accepted

It was a wonderful experience. However, deliveries should not be made at weekends. Apart from that, the staff were very attentive and polite. I have never received such customer service online before. Thank you for this unique experience.
