I gave info about my laptop and the price offered remained - it was not reduced or downgraded after the company received it so I felt they were trustworthy and transparent.
Collection was a breeze (although there could have been a little more explanation about the courier having the barcode and box - this was outlined but having never done it before I was anxious how it would work out)
The company kept in contact with the tests they were doing on it to check and I have not had log in issues since with my new laptop, so signouts have been doen correctly.

So as a Youtuber with over 470 Thousand Subscribers , some of my subs told me about this website and how I should make a video on them based on their horrible prices and not sending back items which were went. I purchased a brand new in the box ASUS from currys for £359 and sent this to them fresh out the box. They offerd me £20 pound for a brand new device I paid over 350 for a week ago brand new. They then claim the charger was not sent and sent back my laptop with scratches, marks and no charger. £20 for a £350 Brand new laptop and then not to send the charger back. I wanted to give this company the benefit of doubt but I will be posting my Youtube video this week to show just how much of a fraud this company really is.

I had a really good experience with these people and got a double price then the market for selling my laptop. In addition the process was really easy. I booked my delivery pickup slot. Their guy came took the laptop and charger, after some time They received it inspected and sent money in my account as quoted. Definitely recommended. Really good experience.
