sephora does not care about the correct delivery of these products, even worse no verification is requested when delivering the package, my package is noted as delivered to the recipient but I still have nothing, a passerby has signed for me, and sephora does not even deign to refund me ... it's shameful ...
Very poor service for getting refund for "Out Of Stock" items
It's 4 weeks since purchase and I'm yet to receive refund for the 3rd item that was "Out of stock". I have so many times contacting with the customer service and the response with no outcome is not only super slow but also not accurate. Definitely one of the worst online shopping experiences ever.

Great service! I went to the Karrinyup store to get a couple of items and the retail assistant was so helpful. The product range is extensive and the layout of the shop is pretty cool too. I got a combination of skincare products and make up. I will be coming back for more!
Beyond my expectations
My order was delivered way quicker than I expected. Ordered from Australian online store. Soon as I ordered received conformation. Next day dispatch email and asked to wait for 24 hrs for tracking. Next day before even tracking info I received the package at my door step. How impressive was that!

Awful service, I ordered a few days ago and I was waiting to get my order. Today I just say we accepted you refund ! I haven't requested any refund at all !!
Avoid. Terrible customer service
I have placed two orders. The first I realised that I had ordered the wrong shade aa soon as I hit ti confirm the order. No phone answering so I email to advise asking if they could change the shade. This was within minutes of placing the order. After two weeks of back ans forth I had to threaten calling ACCC to be told 'oh well its been posted now so you will just have to send it back (at my expense). The second time, I placed an order which was required for a special occasion. Website said 2-3 days p&h. 9 days later it still has not even been sent. Lesson learnt, I won't be shopping here again ever.
SHOCKINGLY BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE
Ordered 2 items online. Most inexpensive item not received. They said they had sent it. They hadn't. Put in a queue to have an investigation. Refused to give new product or refund - for $14! Very poor customer service. Basically, inferring I'm a liar - if so, I would've claimed the $74 item!! Shockingly handled. Will go to Mecca

I ordered a few skincare products and their ordering process was pretty outstanding, fast shipping, really easy and simple. But I found cheaper dupes and cheaper prices on other websites so I recommend looking around if you don’t mind the time. Otherwise this is a really good place to shop 💕

priced to high, customer services are not very helpful and a bit slow in replying back to emails. I finally received my order and surprised that they got this order right this time.
I love Sephora
I love Sephora. I spend a lot of money there (sometimes and order a week). Their shipping is generally pretty good and products are upto date with all the latest brands ranges. I take one Star off because I feel like the rewards system in Australia we get a bit jipped with. USA have bigger samples with each order and sometimes we receive none. I feel rewards could be greater. But I still love a good Sephora haul.

Never had a problem with shopping online with Sephora. Yes, it takes some time to dispatch products, but considering the size of the business and the amount of products they must have to dispatch, that’s to be expected. Everything has always arrived with little freebies and gifts which I appreciate. They have fantastic sales on products and stock a wide range of choices. The app makes it easy to Wishlist items and go back to it and the rewards program is great, although they haven’t had as much available online as I have found instore. Will always return, thanks for keeping me going through lockdown <3

Terrible service ever experienced!
I did my order early this month, I realized that I’d typed the wrong unit no., two hours later after my order, I tried to call them Live chat but I can’t reach anybody......, so i sent an email to them to explain and see what can they do for me, I waited for almost 48hrs, they finally reply me but it’s all craps, she literally copy and paste the answer from FAQ............and tell me they can’t do anything, I was waiting almost 48 hours and she tell me they can’t do anything!
I have no choice can’t rely on them to help me, so I went to my neighbor to ask them hold the parcel for me, ending up I receiveD my parcel form my neighbor, another nightmare is coming...I ordered 4 items but there’s missing 2 items........of course can’t call the customer service or live chat since no one working......I send them email again, same customer service again, of course same attitude, keep asking me if I receive my parcel yet? Even though I told her I got my parcel but she keep asking me the same question, come on If I haven’t got my parcel how could I know there’s something missing???
I deal with that useless and helpless customer service for a whole freaking week, she didn’t even apologize or give me suggestion like refund or send me back those missing items! Nothing at all!!!
I was exhausted......until I send my last email to her and say I’ll go to Sephora in store and complain about what happened and definitely go to fair trade to report that. Less than 10 mins I got her reply apologize and refund to me.
But I will definitely no longer to order anything from online Sephora Aus again. Terrible, such a big brand, what a shame!!!!!!!!

Average service, fulfillment, and shipping takes way too long. They try and not give you a refund on items by saying theyll credit your sephora account but if you are firm and kick up a stink they will refund you as per your rights as a consumer. The last two orders I've placed have had problems with items not arriving ect. I prefer to shop at mecca now.

I placed my first online order last week and when I realised your company is using COURIERS PLEASE I knew straight away it would be a nightmare.
I have had issues with this company at least 20 times when they don't even attempt to deliver the parcels thanks to the drivers being lazy and they just marked the parcels as attempted delivery and made me pick up my parcels from their location.
And GUESS WHAT!!! It happened again this time with my online order that I placed for the very FIRST TIME WITH YOU!!! I have been tracking my parcel every day and of course as of this morning at 7.10am it is marked as ATTEMPTED DELIVERY when I was up by 6am and working in my study room right at the front of the house with curtains drawn up and I HAVE NOT SEEN ANYONE ATTEMPTING TO DELIVER ANYTHING OR RING MY DOORBELL!!!! THEN WHY THE HELL DID THE COURIER COMPANY HAVE THE AUDACITY TO SAY HE/SHE DID??? SO NOW I HAVE TO WASTE MY TIME AND PETROL to drive to a pick-up location TO COLLECT my parcel when my intention of buying things online is so that I DO NOT have to go out of my way to collect the parcel. I have also contacted COURIERS PLEASE and of course their call centre cannot contact the driver (as of the last 20 times).
I am not trying to be difficult because I NEVER HAVE ANY ISSUES with AUSPOST, DHL or STARTRACK. These companies have never failed me and the ONE COURIER COMPANY THAT FAILS ME EVERY TIME IS: COURIERS PLEASE!!! So thanks for my horrible 1st time online order with you guys, I WON'T BE BUYING ANYTHING ONLINE FROM YOU AGAIN unless you change your courier company!!
