Had a 2 hour interview for a job working at my local hospital only to get an email saying i said i couldnt commit to the hours which at no point did i say.

I don't know why people treat this company as pure evil....
I worked thru this for DWP - Universal credit helpline.
Let's be honest
- Very little training, so you have to find out on your own
+ Paid training
- Managers hadn't got a clue what's the solution
- Managers hadn't got a time for their teams
+ Nice and helpful people in teams
- Minimum wage
+ Paid on time
+ Fair behaving
+ Paid overtimes (I have never experienced any delays or chasing payments!)

DO NOT SIGN UP FOR ANY LOCAL GYM THAT HAS SERCO AS THE OWNERS. I PROMISE BIGGEST MISTAKE OF YOUR LIFE.

GO TO A PRIVATE GYM.

THESE LOT ARE MONEY GRABBING INCONSIDERATE PEOPLE :)

Terrible company to deal with, arrogant, bad value for money, the best thing they could do regarding commercial waste is put themselves in it!

I'm sorry but even I could cut the hedges better than some of the employees.

Their track and trace ‘service’ is the least successful and most over-priced scheme in the history of humanity.

It is a sham to brand it NHS, when everyone knows it’s this corrupt organisation robbing the British tax-payer of immoral amounts of money.

I hope one day they have a moment of conscience and pay most back.

I'd give Serco a 5* rating for a disappointing service everytime.

They opened covid test centres and hired poor managers. The manager HAS in leyton covid test centre calls al muslims terrorists and was racist. we reported it to management and all got removed from the sight. We then reported it to serco spoke to sean stacey by email and georgia over the phone. Over few weeks of waiting got a reply back from sean stacey "i am unable to provide you with details of investigation or any action we have taken" for that reason i feel serco did not do anything so i will be reporting it to the police.

A disgusting company, hope they fold.

Appalling. It took me 5 days to get a test and turnaround times are still falling. Turnaround time is as important as capacity, don't think these guys understand that. Their incompetence will cost lives. Lazy, unfit for purpose, expensive, we deserve better.

After taking quite so much public money £12bn for test and trace alone, which is roughly £270 from every UK adult - they have repeatedly reported ever worse performance. Compared to local public health bodies, their shonky performance on this project can clearly be seen as the reason why a global pandemic, the control of which is commonly believed to rely on effective Test and Trace (& isolate) schemes, has run amok in the UK *despite* the £12bn cost of their ineffective TTI project.

No word of refunds yet either.
