I have been buying my cars from sere for quite a few years, I have found David to be very helpful and honest whenever I go to change my car. I have found that I get a reasonably decent price for my own vehicle when trading in.

SERE Motors Belfast were great because they did almost everything we asked so we would be satisfied with our purchase decision. They trusted us to test drive the car unaccompanied. It would have been nice to be offered a reduction in asking price or extended warranty to rate the experience 10 out of ten.

Had to replace wipers the 1st time i used them so I take it all the checks weren't done. I'm happy with the car after this I'm not confident that that any checks where done.

Credit where credit is due. Sere motors boucher road belfast service team is first rate. Bought my mg gs from another car dealer up the road and they know nothing about service on mgs. Made contact with sere got car booked in for service and set up plan to pay each month for next service. Now renewed service plan.

Needed get two new wishbones on my car as been going through rough times. The price quoted was happy with had of been dealer up the road be twice that. Fixed with no issues at all.

Service staff are awesome and the service manager is a great help she set up my service plans and i wont go anywhere else get car fixed.

The experience at SERE Motors Lisburn was great because the car was great value for money and Ryan answered all of our questions and went above and beyond by even coming in to take us on a test drive on his day off. He arranged the car to be ready to be picked up next day and it was all sorted and paper work filled out and ready to go. He even helped us pre-fill the car tax form, and all these small gestures added up to a fantastic experience all round. We can't thank Ryan enough. "

Brought a Mg hs trophy from Pearce at sere motors belfast.Pearce explained everything clearly and made the whole experience seem very relaxed.Pearce got my insurance certificate printed which was great as I don't have access to a printer.It meant I got car taxed straight away.

Fantastic service from Ryan. No nonsense sales talk, which was very importantto me as i really dont need or wamt.that type of BS service from a car dealer. Ryan was very encouraging about me changing from a manual to a automatic as I was very nervous. He put me at total ease during the test drive. (Date of experience estimated)

I visited sere motors at Boucher road and after viewing a mg xpower on there website I wanted to see the car so a salesman called Daniel introduced himself and showed me the car no pressure from him just pure courtesy and answered any questions I had after sum haggling the deal was done totally delighted with my purchase and will be back for service next year when due as they have a full service centre Top man young Daniel and thanks

I'd endorse SERE Motors Lisburn because David Gaw once again has provided excellent customer service. Answering our queries, listening to our needs and not just trying to push a sale. David is genuine and knowledgeable. Will recommend SERE Lisburn and will continue to use for future purchases.

Marcel was really helpful and patient as we looked around the cars undecided which we would buy. He asked us what was a " must have", wrote everything down, and then showed us all the cars that had what we asked for. He arranged test drives and gave us time to think about it. He answered all questions asked. A very nice guy to deal with. Helpful without the "Hard Sell" as I find pushy salesmen put me off buying.

Myself and my fiancé had a great experience with SERE motors. Marcel couldn't do enough for us. We highly recommend
