ITEMS ARE VERY CHEAPLY MADE!!! FALL APART !!!

This company has given me a credit limit of 250.00 . I purchased 2 items from them . Great products. I have made payments like I was suppose to and even made extras. They recently updated my credit limit to 480.00. I tried to order a couple things more and my order would never go through. I was told there was a problem with my account that I needed to speak to someone in the fraud department. They are now accusing me of identity fraud!!! I spoke to someone in that dept and they apologized for misunderstanding . So I waited 2 weeks and tried to order again and now my credit limit is 0 and I'm still accused of identity fraud. What in the heck is going on with this company? I will pay my account off and will never order again and I hope this helps someone else before they choose to order from this company

This company participates in fraud. Opens accounts without the knowledge of individual & does not verify who is opening the account. Ships out product fraudulently. Do not do business with them.

Let me tell you how good Seventh Avenue facial foam is. I have an 8 year old grandson and I asked him to go wash his face, well my foam was right there on the counter and he used it. When he came back I told him his skin looked good and he told me it was the face foam he used. He then proceeded to ask me when I take him back home, am I bringing it with me, I laughed and told him this ain’t your everyday face wash, granny paid a pretty penny for it. He loves it and so do I. I have finally found a face wash that lives up to it intended purpose. Thank you Melody for creating such a good product. I will be purchasing this every time I run out

They approved me for $200 credit for Hasbro Care Bears and they shipped them to my daughter who lives in another state without any down payment and quickly too.
She was excited to get all the bears in the collection at once.
They made my daughters little dream come true. Thats all i care about. That deserves all the stars in my book.

I recently purchased the Lily Lamp which was expensive. I now found out that you can't find bulbs for it. I am very disappointed with this purchase.

Nothing is a discount! It’s products are high priced and some items are really cheap made, everything is of poor quality but some are really cheaply made. Products come from China of course! Doesn’t deserve a single star and I’m not exaggerating!!

They opened a line of credit under my six year olds name after sending a letter stating they would not open the line since they coulf not verify ID. I had never heard of this company and now i am getting bills and they refuse to do anything about it.

Received a package from this company for something I did not order. Read thru the fine print and I would have to pay to return the item. This is a scam. Will be returning the package through USPS and report this company to the post office as well. Let a federal agency handle this issue.

I was sent a man pair of socks that I didn't order. Have not used this company. Got a bill for 48.22
The socks was 11.99 and shipping was 32.97
If they think for one minute that I will be paying this ,there in for a surprise.

While looking through the catalog I noticed on very obvious pictures/images the company noted the words "black" on the African American doll & "white" on the Caucasian doll. As if it wasn't clear by looking at the page. Seems a bit insensitive. Please, DO BETTER!

I ordered a kitchen table with two stools. It was delivered quickly intact and was absolutely beautiful and so easy to assemble. I am very happy with this company's products, prices, fast delivery, and monthly payment plans. Good company!

I have been an active customer for the last year. All payments on time and never missed a payment. Paid my account off 9/30/2022. I started Christmas ordering early. It showed that I had 480.00 credit available as of Tuesday 10/6/2022. I called and was unable to see why my order was not being shipped per the customer service agent. I was told to wait until Tuesday 10/11/22 to call back. Now the account shows $0.00 available credit. Called and was told that I would have to send money order or certified check. My credit report score has declined due to working with a debt management company due to unsecured high interest personal loans and for medical which is not visible due to not being allowed to show any medical info about me. They did not base my credit for all payments on time and never missed. November of last year ordered 355.00 in orders and now that I paid it off on 9/30/2022 and tried to place an order less than credit available of $480.00 and now as of today they removed all credit I had available last week. The quality of items last year was a disappointment but I still made all my payments on time and not missed. It took this company 10 days to tell me, I no longer have any credit with them. I was a good customer and my order and payment history were not used to determine my credit worthiness. Until today, statements and system showed available credit of $480.00, now shows $0.00. Buyer Beware

I ordered a wall unit in Feb off 2022. It is June 10 now 5 months later. Come too find out they do not have this item. Never got a letter or phone call. I will never order again from this company. Terrible.

I purchased a comforter set with a big red rose on the front. The sheets were so thin and low quality and the comforter was thin also. After having the set for a week I washed it and the comforter scribbled up and would not pull back out like a comforter and the sheets weren’t good in the washer. After one week everything but the pillow cases had to be placed in the trash due to it being low quality. I don’t recommend purchasing a comforter set from this store. My review is 0

They send catalogs saying your preapproved upto x amount, but when you place an order they want a “down payment “ . That’s not “Preapproved”, that’s getting to hit your credit and get money upfront.

Waited months to get the candle holder part of my order only to find both of them defective. One glass sconce is placed crooked the other too loose to hang on the wall without the glass falling off Contacted to replace only to be told they are now discontinued. Seriously poor quality product

Bottom line people. File a consumer claim about seventh avenue to Your attorney general and ftc.gov they will investigate your claims especially if there is enough people complaining. This company needs to stop cheating and lying to people.

I have never applied or signed up with Seventh Avenue for anything in my life, Ever! However, they somehow got my name and info and address and began mailing me catalogs through snail mail at my mother's address. The catalogs would come about once every few weeks like clockwork and they read in big letters directly on the front that I had been approved for a credit line for $700 and no need to do anything further except call and activate the card or credit line or whichever it was, I can't remember now because I always trashed them asap. I moved out of my mother's house and still kept getting mail there for awhile until I got it all forwarded and at some point my mother takes it upon herself to open a credit line through this seventh avenue but in my name and with my social and info! She began charging items and not paying the bill and I have no idea how long this went on or when it actually started but I found out when I came back to Tennessee because I had been living out of state in Texas and I kept seeing bills in name from seventh avenue saying my payment was past due. I knew this couldn't be because the position I was just in previously while out of state would have made it physically and humanly impossible for me to obtain any kind of credit/debit card or line of credit or anything to do with the area of finance. I started panicking because I was certain someone stole my identity and my first step and response was to immediately call seventh avenue and inform them that this is not my account and I did not open it and I scolded them about their security policy and how they could've so easily opened an account in my name just with a name, birthdate and social. They were no help and acted like I still owe them the bill. I was appalled and still am because it's going against my credit to this day. They had the nerve to say they were writing off all the debt except $100 and so now they claim I only owe them $100! Wow! I don't owe seventh avenue one single red cent because I would never dare open an account with their hideous and cheesy items regardless and I find it offensive that a company would basically ignore what I am saying about, they let someone else open the account in my name, and still try to say I owe them 100 dollars. I can't get over that! First of all, if you would not be basically sending catalogs constantly every other week begging people to sign up with you and flaunting on the front page they are already approved just call and activate then people wouldn't have had any option to fake my identity and call to open this credit line and activate it because my mother or anyone else would've never known about it. Or perhaps if you asked a few more in depth security questions or had the user verify different info other than the name, birthdate and social , which of course my mother knows!! Don't worry I am upset with her most of all but also with seventh avenue for not being accommodating and trustworthy and helpful or anything that a company should be but just being greedy and wanting their ridiculous 100 dollars and from the wrong person at that!!!!! I want this off my credit report and I can prove exactly where I was at the time this account was opened according to my mother, who admitted it, and according to the federal government , which is who I was with during this point of time and definitely unable to access any kind of way to open a line credit from a catalog that was arriving at my mother's address over 2,500 miles away. Get real. I told them all of this and they have still reported it on my account mutiple times and I think I will take them to court and possibly sue for damages because this has caused my score to be affected which in turn affects everything in my life and the ability to live or purchase a home or vehicle without a cosigner. It's just a nightmare. I want this off my report now. Otherwise I'm hiring an attorney immediately and taking legal action against seventh avenue for reporting this after I told them I can show hard cold evidence that this wasn't me and I was a victim of identity theft. I didn't press charges because it's my mother but I will pursue this court against the company and I mean what I say, I'm over it. Rant over- Melonie M. Mcmahan in Tennessee
