I went to the shop in Tunbridge wells…
I went to the shop in Tunbridge wells where I was served by 2 very helpful young ladies. They arranged for a pair of shoes to be delivered to my homes they didn't have my size in stock and they arrived the next day. I purchased another pair of shoes that were in stock as the deck shoes I particularly liked weren't available in my size which was a shame. I found the seats provided for trying on shoes were a bit too low for me. Overall a good experience.

Ordered a lovely long pair of timberland boots which were delivered within two days. Boots are lovely, well made and comfortable. Communication about delivery was excellent.

Everything was fine with the delivery but it said in the email that the order will be delivered the next day but it wasn't, so I wasted a trip to the shop.

Sales person is not customer friendly and I paid for next day delivery and product got delivered only on second day
Sales person were not customer friendly. I paid for the product when the sales person said I can get the product delivered to the shop next day and then collect it. When I went to the shop on next day and asked for the product I have been informed that if you have not got the email then its not delivered to the shop and I come back when you get the email. I got the email on second day, then why I have been said that the product will be delivered next day to shop..??
I ordered a shoe for trekking which I was suppose to start on next day and the shoe was not delivered. I collected the shoe after a week back from the trip.
Worst sales people, I retained the shoe as I liked it more, else would have returned it due their inability to deliver on time and unsatisfactory customer handling.
