I recently shopped with sew-centre and picked up a brand new pfaff machine. They were incredibly helpful when advising me on which to get and what was available for my price budget. Amazing machine and great customer service!

Ordered an overlocker on Friday, it arrived Saturday morning. Even better, it was in the sale so brilliant to get the model I have been wishing for a great price.

They contacted me at home to make sure I had ordered the correct foot for my sewing machine as I had not realised there were 2 different attachments. This saved a lot of time as they took time and care to make sure I was getting exactly what I needed. Thank you

Callum was really helpful and gave me information and advice which helped me to make a decision about which sewing machine would best suit my creative needs. I wanted a Pfaff machine, upgrading from a Classic Style Quilt but was a little confused about how digital machines work. Callum explained everything and I'm very happy with my purchase. The gift voucher enabled me to purchase essential extras, presser feet, bobbins etc. I didn't have to wait long for my machine to arrive, my only wait is for the perspex extension bed but I totally understand that The Sew Centre have to wait for Pfaff to deliver that to them and there have been delays in supply chains with many companies since Covid.

What a great company to deal with! The advice I was given before purchasing was so useful and helped with my decision. My beautiful new sewing machine arrived on time beautiful packaged. I have had a lot of fun unpacking and setting it up. Lots to learn about the new machine but I am sure that any help needed will be immediately available from a very knowledgeable team of professionals.

I had two sewing machines serviced. Absolutely fantastic job, they are working perfectly. I was kept informed of timescale throughout. Would highly recommend.

I was delighted by the exceptional customer service given by Will for the repair of my Pfaff 630 machine. He went the extra mile by coming into work on a Saturday morning to repair my machine before he went on holiday so that I could take it to a workshop.
The level of customer service I have always received from all members of staff has been excellent and I would recommend Barnyarns to everyone.

Will went the extra mile to work out why my thread was shredding. Eventually he found some tiny burrs near the bobbin, then only charged me for a routine machine service.

I’ve now had two machines serviced at the Sew centre. A Bernina sewing machine and a Frister Rossmann overlocker. Both now stitching beautifully. Will was very helpful and knowledgeable and on both occasions them machines were ready in a week. I would happily use the sew centre at Barnyarns in future.

Despite a mistake with the shipping of the goods, Sew Centre reshipped the goods at no additional charge.

Bought a pre owned machine from Barnyarns , it was in immaculate condition & apart from a couple of hiccups where the previous owner had missed out bits from the box ( quickly resolved by Barnyarns) it was exactly what I wanted & I will continue to use for all my machine & thread needs.

I ordered some bobbins and the company rang to confirm my make/model of machine to ensure I received the correct bobbins

Lovely customer service nothing to much trouble, took the time to explain everything and show me the difference between machines

Ordered online which was straightforward and goods received within a couple of days !
