Great UK sextoy-store with a great line of products and fast delivery
I first discovered Sexyemporium.com a little over a week ago. I was looking for a specific item I could no longer find on Amazon UK or in any other online webshop. Luckily, they had exactly the product I was looking for. I ordered it immediately, and it was almost immediately dispatched and was on it's way to me with UPS Express delivery courier.
However, I had again forgotten that there is an import-tax on all products from non-EU countries. I had forgotten that England left the EU several years ago through BREXIT.
I thought it was already enough to have to pay for the Express delivery fee so I decided to return the item until I felt I would be able to afford paying the import-tax on top of the items price with express delivery.
But that is not the fault of Sexyemporium.com. It was my fault. I forgot the importtax fee which has been an issue for me several times already when ordering products from online stores abroad. So I have decided that I have to write a note to self where in it will read: ALL products ordered from the UK come with an import-tax!!
You, Sexyemporium, have the largest online sex-product catalogue I have come across for a long time. You also have a secure, and a standard, fast, delivery of all items ordered from your store.
I give you 5 stars.
I will get back to you soon once I have cleared the import-tax issue with myself 😅

Pleasantly surprised
As a new customer I was hesitant to buy this toy online as I wanted to receive my product quickly and discreetly, but after reading the reviews I took a chance and I am so happy I did. It was also great value for money and it was just as described, 10/10!

First time using this company. They have a good range of products at competitive prices. The item I purchased came well packed in a plain box with nothing to say it was from a sex shop, and was very quickly dispatched.

We truly apologize for our fault with your order's shipping.
When you placed your order, we let you know via email that due to our new UK warehouse and updated shipping systems, one of your items could only be sent via tracked24 instead of our usual guaranteed special delivery. While we hoped for a next-day delivery, unfortunately, it's not guaranteed to reach you before 1 pm. (We've been hearing a lot about Royal Mail issues in the news.)
On the day you made your purchase, we refunded you the full £4.99 postage for that part of your order. The other item from our original warehouse did make it on time before 1pm the next day, as you can see in the tracking info.
Please take a moment to check your emails for the refund we processed for you on the day of your order, four days before your review!

Ordered the item international. Shipping was on its way until I noticed it was turning back around, back to sexyemporium. Contacted the store and they found out the box was damaged, and they sent me another box, new item and faster shipping company. Got it in less than two weeks and everything went great.
