A good experience of Seymours
Although I decided not to buy, I was very impressed by the way Seymour’s, especially Trevor Hunnings, put himself out to facilitate multiple weekend viewings and for constructive and no pressure guidance. I shall come back.

Seymours were exceptional throughout our move and after. Their care and attention to detail puts you at ease during one of the most stressful times of your life. Their team are quick to respond to calls and emails, check in with you along the process and are there to give after care also. I can’t recommend them enough, Andie especially for us was an absolute star but I know she’s part of a great team. Thanks guys!

I had a fantastic experience with Seymours having now been shown three properties by Emma Perry. She is incredibly personable and has a great instinct for the types of property I'm looking for so I'm confident with her and the team I will find somewhere very soon.

We have used Seymours for many years, being our agent for our rental and for selling and buying property. You've no need to use anyone else in Dorking really! They listen to what you want and need and do what they can to make that happen. They were amazing working on our behalf when we experienced an unpleasant tenancy, from beginning to happy ending. The whole team at Seymours are super friendly and they don't mind how much you email or call....which was a lot! Great team all round! Will be using again when the time comes.

If I could give 0 stars I would! Do better! Use a different referencing company that does not discriminate. Also the person I spoke to Jade on the phone needs more training on how to deal with people over the phone. I was lucky enough not to have to deal with her face to face.

DO BETTER AS AN ESTATE AGENT AND USE ANOTHER REFERENCING COMPANY! You wouldn’t do this to someone who lost their arm or leg from the army! So why being medically retired is any different! It is discrimination at its finest as there are ONLY a few companies like yours that do this! I can’t wait for the new regulations for landlords/estate agents to come to in!

Please know that it was never Jade’s intention to cause any upset during your conversation. She was simply aiming to clarify the processes and requirements for the property you enquired about.
When the call was escalated to our Lettings manager, he explained that neither Seymours nor our referencing partner, Blinc, engages in any form of discrimination. We have successfully helped many tenants, including those receiving Universal Credit and other benefits, find suitable homes. However, the final decision often depends on the specific requirements of individual landlords.
I understand that property searches can be challenging and frustrating at times, but please rest assured that our team is always here to assist wherever we can.

Overall a good experience
Overall a good experience. They always kept me up-to-date about the appointments. However, I only got feedbacks if I asked for them and I never got a direct mobile number of the agent dealing with the sale of the flat. I always had to humt him down using the office landline. It made me feel like a pesky client.

Customer service at Seymours is excellent
The Seymours team are polite, positive and knowledgeable. They go the extra mile in describing the history of the house and surroundings. This is the second time I have used Seymours and have felt very comfortable and confident that they are providing an excellent service both to me and also to the prospective buyers. The communication between the team and myself has been excellent and timely. Their customer service is excellent.

Consistently Great in Woking
Bought a house and let out my previous home via Seymour's Woking branch. I found the sales agents very helpful, professional and not pushy. Better than most other agents in Woking, I would definitely use them if selling a property. Tom, Ben and Zo were particularly helpful. They even gave me some informal advice on my new home after completing the purchase.
