Poor service and unparalleled arrogance from the biggest but certainly NOT the best agency. My experience with Seymours has been frustratingly and shockingly dreadful. As managing agents, they are so slow to action property complaints and then behave as though they are doing you a favour. The letting agents have no regard for your time and cancel AFTER the last minute, if they bother at all, or just don’t care enough to show up on time to show a property and then they don’t even have the decorum to offer an apology because of course, you aren’t worthy of their time. Seymour’s are, without a doubt, bullies in the industry who trample over smaller agencies and scrabble to get a few hundred pounds in fees that they did not earn or deserve. Appalling and I hope that I never have the misfortune to deal with Seymours again in any capacity.

MY RESPONSE TO SEYMOURS REPLY: WOKING WAS OUR MANAGING AGENT AND WERE COMPLETELY USELESS AND WHEN WE MOVED WE DEALT WITH A NUMBER OF AGENTS FOR VARIOUS PROPERTIES THAT WE WANTED TO VIEW AND THE ATTITUDE OF YOUR AGENTS IS LESS THAN SUB PAR.

Great service from the whole team at Seymours Haslemere. We had a number of challenges with our purchase and found the team to be proactive, communicative, transparent and organised. Special thanks to Paige and Joss for their support and professionalism throughout. Prior to buying our property, we also attended a number of viewings with Seymours, who were always punctual and well-informed.

We dealt with Natalie and Ronnie for the most part and they were both amazing.
We both listed our property for sale and were looking for a new property with Seymours Addlestone. They were very professional, knowledgeable, approachable and accommodating. They helped us to get an offer on our home and find the perfect new home in just 3 weeks! They listened to our requirements and arranged viewings for properties brand new to the market that they knew would suit our needs, and made the whole process so easy.
A wonderful team and would highly recommend to anyone looking to buy and/or sell!

Within a week we had two offers for our 2 bedroom apartment we owned through Seymours and at the target price in a location that is inundated with flats for sale. They spread the word and started showrounds immediately; and negotiated the selling price. We are currently half way through the sales process. They did get some help from us in getting the flat decorated for sale. Well done and thank you.

Seymours Staines staff have been absolutely amazing at helping us get our very slow chain through to the point of exchange. Mark and Gary were excellent at the get-go with putting the property on the market, managing viewings and securing offers and the consequent sale. Alan Hackland has been the most calm, professional and thorough individual in his capacity as Sales Progressor. Quite frankly I dont think it would have all happened if Alan hadnt have kept the chain as well organised and informed. He was key to the whole process and I couldnt recommend Alan and the team at Seymours Staines more highly. Totally deserving of 5* ++!

Seymours of Guildford had the best selection of properties on the market at any given time. The staff were always very helpful and went out of their way to accommodate my dates and times, given that I had to travel a long way, many times, to view properties.
Importantly, they kept an eye on my parameters for property requirements, so didn't waste my time - yet still offered houses that they thought might pique my interest.

We have just recently completed on a house purchase with Seymour’s (Woking branch), and yet again the sales side of the business has delivered with top marks. It is clear to see that they are very much a customer focused estate agent. Zo (the partner) and his wider team ensured that they kept us up to date throughout the entire process with excellent communication. I would definitely recommend seymours sales if you are looking to either buy or sell a property as they have been nothing great with myself and my wider family

Helped me at my initial age of finding a suitable property find . Since this is my first house buy I have no experience of the whole process, specifically the Luke O'Brien at Seymour's Woking branch helped me in every way . I am waiting for my mortgage to come through and finis off the buying process . Hopefully I can move in sooner

Seymour's Estates Agent's,Lightwater branch, are a very friendly and professional, group of people. Our Estate Agent Johnny couldn't do enough for us. What I remember most of all was Johnny's calm nature in showing us around, what was to be, our future home. in my mind .. if the agent is relaxed .. client's are relaxed. Although Johnny was very informative and knew so much about the house, we were still able to look around without pressure. Johnny is a credit to Seymour's. Thank you, Janet

Fantastic experience start to finish. 3 months from viewing to completion thanks to fast acting staff which surpassed all expectations. Incredibly helpful and quick with emails - responding to all of my (many, and potentially silly) questions as a first time buyer. Constantly checking in to make sure everything was going smoothly, and following up quickly on enquiries.

We’ve been tenants in 2 properties managed by Seymour’s over the last 5 years and have always had good service. Our thanks particularly to Sabine Alam our most recent property manager who has always been so helpful.

Recent completely on a sale and purchase through Seymour’s, Horsell. Very much a team orientated agent who all work together with us.
Charlie, Adam, Serena and Sandra always kept us up to date and communication was excellent. They know the local market very well and secured our dream house. I would definitely recommend to ensure you get a realistic valuation and successful sale or purchases

Seymour’s are the most unprofessional estate agents I have ever had to deal with. They don’t train their staff to be knowledgable on the property industry so can’t answer any of your questions on a property, and they hire young or inexperienced staff who are not trained up to do their job properly. You also never know who you are going to be dealing with when calling the office, I wish they just had one contact per sale as it would make the communication a lot better. Also know they have a toxic culture internally so I’m sure this doesn’t help!

Worked with Seymours Surbtion when purchasing a property. Communication was excellent and transparent throughout the process, with regular updates. One of the better estate agents out there, would use again.
