Horrible experience. Bought shark breeze fan. Next day delivery. Not posted. Customer service tried to tell me it is 2-4 days delivery. When on the website 7 days per week, Next day delivery. Sitting with my poor bulldog in a heat without the fan. Plus...Customer service refused to cancel order as it was to late. You have 30min for canceling after placing order. After..you have to wait for ages to get item delivered. Horrible unprofessional attitude

I have been trying for 2 days to simply purchase a knife block set from SharkNinja / Ninja UK, and it has been nothing short of a nightmare. I have money ready to pay, I want to buy your product, yet your team and systems make it completely impossible.

I have tried paying over the telephone and via payment links sent by your staff. Every single time , within 10 minutes to 24 hours , my order is cancelled for no clear reason. I have now spoken to 5 different customer service agents including 2 supervisors. Not one of them has been able to explain why this keeps happening, fix the issue, or process the order correctly. I have spent an exhausting amount of time on hold, repeating my details over and over, and every promise to “fix it manually” or “escalate it” has been broken. The service I have received is slow, disorganised, unhelpful, and frankly unprofessional. It is incredible that a company of this size cannot perform the most basic function , taking a customer’s money and processing a sale. If you are thinking of buying from them , be warned: even if you want to give them your money, they will find a way to make it impossible.

I will update this review only if someone senior actually contacts me and resolves this properly , but based on my experience so far, I wouldn’t hold my breath.

Downloaded my discount from Bluelight, which is valid to Nov 27 with a little discount, apply to the cart, which states invalid, Go directly to the website same thing happens
Total waste of time, for the amount they are charging for the bbq and accessories, the discount is needed, hence the use of my blue light card. Deleted app and uploaded again, same thing. Tired of jumping through these obstacles. Won't be purchasing i ca. Get 3-5 bbq for the same price.
