This is the third time I have used this Company and have had no problems whatsoever with them. My latest purchase the Braun 3040s series 3 wet and dry electric shaver gives a smooth close shave and is comfortable to use. The shaver arrived, well packed and in good time.

Do not use this company!!! Ordered item and it was not what I put in my basket, raised concerns by email and their attitude is appalling! Raised case with PayPal, item returned nearly two weeks ago by tracked post but they are still refusing to refund! Terrible service and attitude to boot! Buyer beware!
They are flouting both long distance selling and consumer goods act

Complete waste of time - STAY AWAY !

Returned a completely unused item to them and requested a refund and they claim they are checking through the item - "under inspection". The item was sent on first class a week ago so they have received it next day but God knows why its taking so long for them in "inspect" the small, unused, fully packaged item in order for the refund to take place !

I'm in the same county as they are !

They are a disgrace !

LV9Q Shaver only lasted 8 months was never as good as previous LV95 model which lasted over 3 years
i am informed should my current model be exchanged it would be like for like . since this model has been withdrawn why should I be forced to take the same model as replacement

Good value for money the series 3. Next day delivery. Box a little battered but that’s the carriers fault. All round good.

Nice shape and colour shaver easy to clean and cuts close if you can tolerate the vibration. Its a pity they do not make the beard attachment any more, does that mean I bought an out of date product?

I have been using the razer for almost two weeks now and it gives a very good shave, I have just one problem with it and that is holding it to shave I am having difficulty with the trimmer which runs up the back which keeps moving upwards while shaving. Apart from that it is fine.

Great company. If all firms were like this. Ordered Monday mid day and goods came within 24 hours. Well done long may you continue.

Service good, but price of Panasonic cleaning fluid is grossly exorbitant

Slow to cut. Slow to vibrate. Very large and chunky unit. Not comfortable. Not recommended.

I ordered a replacement charger for my shaver on 8 August and it still hasn't arrived.

I waited two weeks (it was free delivery so assumed it was fair that it took some time to arrive) before emailing them to ask for an update. I received a quick reply saying that it was never shipped due to an error on their part but that they would send it as a priority.

It's now been another two weeks (and a month since my original purchase) and still nothing. I emailed them to ask for my money back since I never received anything and they didn't get back to me. Dishonest and terrible customer service, they essentially just stole my money.

I ordered a shaver on 20th August but the order was rejected on 3rd September due to a card security problem - I wasn't informed about what this problem was. Apart from the imputation that I'm some sort of crook, my main frustration was the very long time it took for them to do anything - a full two weeks, during which time the CC entry turned into a statement that had to be paid. It's been a rather frustrating experiance.

Excellent and efficient service, with delivery when stated, will be using them again.

Can’t recommend this company enough. Found two products I wanted needed at a price cheaper than anywhere else. They provided free delivery as I had spent over £20, which arrived in just over a day... what’s not to like... fantastic service, thank you!
