Great product, great price, great time of dispatch. However, packaging leaves a lot to be desired. A excessively large box meaning plastic packaging was needed for items that could have fitted in a jiffy type envelope and also meant that royal mail left the box on my door step.

Braun shaver products are very good. Delivery is very quick from this company based in Nottingham.

Complete waste of time and money - STAY AWAY

Returned a completely unused item to them and requested a refund and they claim they checked and been used. Returned to me! I was not happy with the product received and they refused to take it back and give a refund. DO NOT USE. AVOID !

Absolutely brilliant products and service. My Braun Silk Epil head and massage cap broke and I was about to order a new epilator for £80, that I happened to think about searching for parts instead!
