Called for some information and was lucky enough to speak to Charlotte! What a lovely lady! She gave me amazing advice, saved me some money AND we had a laugh and joke whilst she was doing all this. A real pleasure speaking to her on the phone, can’t recommend this company highly enough.

This couldn't have been a better experience! The help and advice given were excellent and the bed I ordered, at a more than competitive price, arrived within a week. The lovely man who delivered it was polite and very helpful. Absolutely top class service! Thank you Sheldon Healthcare and I would have no hesitation in recommending you to anyone!

My sister was stuck in bed for a few days due to delay in delivery of a battery for her essential hoist. We rang in advance to enquire about the delivery of a battery and they said it would be delivered within 48hrs. We proceeded the with purchase based on this timeframe and it didn't arrive. They didn't contact us to update and we had to call them and they assured us it would arrive the following day and it didn't arrive. Yet again we had to call them and they said it would come by a certain time on the Friday and it didn't arrive. We purchased from another company and it was delivered with 24hrs. We called to cancel the order with Shelden and they said they would refund. Telling us if the battery came to keep it. We havnt recieved that refund to this day and we now have 2 batteries when we only need one. £100 worse off avoid this company. Shocking considering that they sell essentail living aids.

Update to respond to reply from shelden. It was not an incorrect address as I explained when you called. Due to the delivery not taking place in the 24hrs promised on your website we changed the address to make sure someone was in to collect. We have indeed received a refund but no apology for the shocking customer service recieved. You were also dismissive and rude on the phone. Absolute lies in your response. If I could give 0 stars I would. Do not buy from this company!!

I received my delivery quickly. It’s sturdy & was easy to assemble & fold up. I’ll be using it on Wednesday, Affordable price, as it’s for a temporary, but serious, ankle injury.

Good looking, quality product, speedy delivery.

The bed was delivered next day. We had phone calls to let us know exactly when. The guy who installed it was excellent. He really helped us. 5 star customer service

Staff very good, but website not ideal. Tried to buy battery for disability hoist. Listed as in stock, difficult to figure out how to avoid in that yu need to join Sheldon Healthcare for VAT free boxes to work, staff unaware.
Purchase failed as shortly after buying got a phone call to say no stock. Then they had to phone their supplier who were also out stock. So second call was to say they can't say when/if they can get them in, so need to cancel order. Quick and fiendly staff, but need to get stocking ight on website, and sort ordering form. Shame how long refunds take! Debits ae instant! £200 is not a small amount for a disabled person to find and delays re-ordering elsewhere!

Our bed was delivered and installed in Milton Keynes, by Arron & Steven, who were fantastic. They were knowledgeable, professional and courteous from start to finish, taking time to explain everything to my elderly father- who is over the moon with his Apollo Saturn bed.
Even though there was a mix up re delivery time, this was no problem for them and they rearranged their deliveries to help us. We are both very grateful to them, they are a credit to your company.

Delivery next day great, no waiting about.

Very helpful and answered all of my questions and even pointed out that my mother-in-law might be eligible for VAT exemption, which she was and saved us some money.
The product was brilliant too and does the job very well.

Sorry for low score but I did an order for 28 handling slings on line paid accepted,then got email they were out of stock,can't understand why website was not updated out of stock.On a plus side have spoken to them and they are trying to find some for me,so fingers crossed.

I bought this bed online. They rang to arrange a delivery date but could not give a specific time so we arranged a phone call 1 hour before delivery. Today the bed has been delivered and they did ring 1 hour before. The delivery was excellent , the driver and installer of the bed was very polite , nothing was too much trouble. I would definitely recommend them.
My only negative is the cost of them demonstrating the remote control of the bed. It really is idiot proof even i could have figured it out!!! but you never know when ordering these things.

Very friendly and helpful delivery person who brought the heavy item on the pallet into the building for us.
Marked down due to the item being a hospital bed which is heavy and time consuming to put together. An offer of a 'white glove' service would eally help rather than care staff's time taken up assembling the bed.
