Folllow up,
well they cancelled transaction & kept the money, this forced me to go through the longwinded dispute with card provider. So much for there email promise.
Please do not deal with this scam company

Has been frustrating from start to finish. Customer service skills are non existent. I have been sent round in circles regarding my refund, and now have no choice but to contact my credit card company for this. Order placed: 11th March 2026. and they delivered to the wrong address and insist it is my fault!

Awful company to deal with. Absolute jobsworth behind the screens, getting a refund is like pulling teeth. will spend my money elsewhere. very slow to reply to emails, no tracking numbers given, no disptach emails, absolutely shambolic, they just want your money thats all. i should have read the other negative reviews before purcashing.

My mum purchased something for my Dad and sadly in the 3 weeks it took to deliver the item he passed away. We wrote repeatedly asking if we could return the un opened item. All of our emails were completely ignored. What a poor customer service experience.

Ordered a hoist on Feb 2nd. Tried to cancel a couple of hours later, as I found someone to fix my current hoist. Emailed to cancel. Had to chase this several times, to be told on the 5th that the order was cancelled.
I purchased on PayPal pay in 3. The payment was never refunded, nor was the pay in 3 contract cancelled.
Thankfully PayPal have a great dispute resolution service, and they have now agreed a full refund.
I have still not heard anything else from Sheldon Healthcare. It is now March 11th.
Avoid doing business with them unless you are using something like PayPal, or you may end up severely out of pocket and never refunded

I’m still waiting the delivery of the 2 mattresses i ordered on the 29th Aug 2025.
I’ve chased you on the 4th Sept as you can see below. Please can urgently update us on the delivery status.

What’s disappointing is that no one has responded or acknowledged anything.

No reply from customer care (promised to call me back but didn't, haven't replied to email sent 5 days ago). Web order seemed fine, however the card was debited for £40 not the £47 total with postage.
no seat delivered, no callback after I explained issue to person on phone, no reply to email and they still have my money!!

What rubbish service I ordered through CARE OUTLET which shelden healthcare company use as well I been messed around so many times get told emails down so I won't receive no emails about my order so Friday I spoke to someone over chat told me what was going off gave me tracking number got told me delivered on 06.01.2025 now it changed to get delivered on the 07.01.2025 no one got clue what is going off get told emails down can't give me the tracking can't log complaint or can't even log in account this company is joke so god's knows when mattress getting delivered don't trust this company so if read this review I got my details get in touch because anit happy what rubbish company

The team at Shelden Healthcare delivered a Profile Bed to a hotel for my brothers wedding...and it made the difference for our mom to be able to enjoy the weekend and our special occasion.

I contacted Shelden about a bed ordered by my sister and now not required. The call handler was helpful and empathetic and following a formal request the money has been refunded to her. Totally professional and I unreservedly endorse them.

My initial experience was fine but it said that my product would be delivered within 1-3 days. I did not receive it until the 4th day, when I queried this I was told that the day of purchase is not the first day. I requested the £75 that I had paid for the 3 day delivery be refunded but was only given half. I have read the review from Shelden Healthcare and I apologise for giving the review I gave as when ot was explained they were correct.

Delivery men were very nice and helpful phones me when they were 30 minutes away

Not very happy with the treatment I got from customer services. I rang up to say that there was a fault with the mattress and they wouldn’t take my word for what was wrong with it. hence it couldn’t get go back or they wouldn’t take it back now. I’m left with a mattress that I don’t need an out-of-pocket.

Everything was great, the process was so easy, delivery was fast and the driver rang me as my mother lived on her own, he rang me to let her know he was coming in

The two guys who delivered and installed my bed were absolutely brilliant. They explained everything perfectly. Great customer service when I ordered.
