The mattress did not get delivered…
The mattress did not get delivered untill 4 days after the date given. When I phoned to complain they couldn't have been less interested, appalling aftercare
I did not miss the delivery, he arrived at the flat, and turned tail, he did not attempt delivery.
There seems to be a discrepancy as to our conversations on the phone. I can assure you, in order to receive help from you, there were many issues. please be truthful, as I have been

I can see this has now been delivered for you.
I would like to confirm that once you raised the issue with us, we were on the phone to the couriers constantly trying to rectify this for you.
The first delivery was missed by you, the second one was a logistical issue within the couriers, once we found this issue out, I personally, as the manager, raised a complaint to ensure this was delivered to you this day.
The item was ordered on the 10th April, collected by our courier on this day, a Friday. It took 2 days to transport it to the Edinburgh depot and the first delivery was attempted on the 12th and missed.
DPD then received a request from you, according to their tracking, to deliver on the 14th April, this was then delivered on that date. On the 14th, this was escalated to me and this is when I raised the complaint with DPD and ensured it was delivered this day.
We are at the mercy of our couriers and unfortunately, whilst we aim for next day delivery, sometimes this can not be guaranteed more so to more remote area's. This is stated on our website.
With regards to the aftercare, I feel this to be unfair, I know the member of my team you were talking to went above and beyond, constantly phoning DPD and even offering to reship a new delivery on a special delivery. There is nothing more we could have done however, i will take your comments on board and if you feel you would like to discuss this in more detail please do contact me on either 01788 833 294 or customercare@shelden-healthcare.co.uk.

The rotational chair bed is perfect for my husband to get in and out of bed.
The two staff who installed the bed were pleasant and professional. I was showed how to use the bed.

Quick delivery and ordering was easy. When ordering on iPad the no vat price would not show so paid full and the vat discount was refunded quickly. Found that if I has used a pc/Mac there wouldn’t have been this issue but I was pleased with the way it was dealt with and kept informed via email as requested. Bought original bed and mattress from here and bought the replacement mattress this time after approx 6 years. Highly recommend!
