There isn't one thing they do that isn't a lie. The price offered? Not true. The shipping date? Not true. So If the price isn't real... And the shipping date isn't real.... Double u tee eff!?.... IS REAL?!?! Had to have my bank fight them over what they never sent me and never showed up. They didn't offer to quick send me my order or anything. They just told me my order was shipped and that's the end of their service. Fed Ex claims it was delivered. Im just out 50 dollars... That's not even my loss. The loss is those slippers were a gift I failed to give. I look like a failure and a liar because I gave my money and trust. Shame on me once. You can bet it won't be twice.

I can honestly say that I had a great experience with them. I'm not sure why there are so many bad reviews. I got my purse quickly and it looks to be genuine, the quality I'd expect. I bought the same brand from a different retailer and the product I recieved from Shoemall looks to be equal. I'm not discounting the issues others have had but my experience was great. I'd definitely buy again.

This is the first time I purchased anything from ShoeMall. Reading some of the reviews, I was hesitant. I am so glad that I took a chance because I had nothing but a positive buying experience. I found the Free People pants that nobody else had, got them at 25% off with free shipping, and they were shipped out quickly. I will certainly purchase from ShoeMall again. I'm sorry that other shoppers didn't have the same positive experience I had. A+++

ShoeMall had a sale and I was excited to use the discount on a pair of shoes. The discount did not apply. When I looked through the brand exclusions list, the brand I was trying to order, was not listed as excluded from the sale. I called customer service.

The first person told me the brand wasn’t on the list and theoretically should receive a discount. She couldn’t do it though, so she transferred me to the person above her. That person was rude and incompetent. She told me that some brands are excluded from sale (exclusion list?) and she can’t control it. I reiterated that if something is to be excluded from the sale, it should be listed on the exclusion list. When she could not get me to agree, she hung up on me. I spent 45 minutes on the phone.

I sent an email to customer service as well and didn’t hear back. Their site touts 24 hour replies.

I ordered Osmond Walking Cradle shoes and they were delivered in less than a week. They are in perfect condition and exactly as stated. I will order again from Shoe Mall.

Was hesitant to order from ShoeMall given all the negative reviews - especially with respect to returns - but my experience could not have been any better! Shoe Mall was literally the only online retailer that had a specific Saucony shoe that I desperately wanted in my size. I took the risk and ordered from them, and I am incredibly happy I did. I got exactly what I ordered, which I could find NOWHERE else, and it arrived to me in just two days with standard shipping (granted, it was shipped from just one state away). There was a generous President's Day discount applied to my purchase as well! Overall, I am an incredibly satisfied customer, and will not hesitate to purchase from this retailer again!

This was my first and last time ordering from ShoeMall. It took forever to receive my order that unfortunately I had to return. It has been 3 weeks now and still waiting on refund. Extremely slow.

I ordered a pair of shoes that was in stock then before the night .I didn't get the shoes. They claimed they sold out but when I placed the order on January- 24-2020 they had them in stock. But now they are on back order and no guaranteed that I will even be able to receive any. I was treated bad from the supervisor she was rude to me. If you order something you should be guaranteed to get what you ordered. The company should guaranteed that you receive what you ordered. I asked the supervisor would they notify me when they get there shipping in. She said no.! That's wrong when you order something and they tell you have to wait on a back order, you should be one of the first to be notified. The company needs to do something about this

My order took a long time to arrive (9 days). Then the size of the slipper was wrong, making it too small. Finally, the company refused to pay for the return shipping! The customer service supervisor was adamant that "we don't guarantee sizes!".

It's easy to pick the next size up in a shoe when you're shopping in a bricks and mortar shoe store. But this online retailer doesn't do enough to verify the shoe sizes from its manufacturers, and won't stand behind its products.

Steer clear.

After reading many bad reviews, I was skeptical about this company. Ordering was a breeze; I even received 30% off! It was also handy that they provided a shipping tracking number. I received my Merrell boots today and couldn’t be more pleased! I would have given a five star review if the shipping time was reduced. They did come in the allotted time frame, but still took forever!

Very very disappointed with this site! I called a few weeks before placing an order to make sure it would arrive before Christmas. I was guaranteed that it would arrive in plenty of time. After tracking my order I know see it will not be here till after Christmas! How disappointing! When I called was put on hold for a very long time to then deal with unhelpful unpleasant staff! Will never shop there again!!

If I could give 0 stars I would! They have the worst incompetent customer service ever! They were unable to provide me any information on my order, if it’s shipped, when it shipped and the tracking number. Furthermore, the supervisor hung up on me. DO NOT do business with Shoe Mall!

Worst customer service. Placed an order called to check correct size. Representative said not available she canceled order. I double checked and it was placed 2nd order. Both transactions pending with bank. I was told 24 hrs then 48 hrs then the next day canceled order will drop off. 72 hrs later canceled order still processing with bank. Supervisor was obnoxious and said if I want my money back have the bank call them and she wasn't going to argue with me Her name is Jessie. Bank has nothing from them for the canceled order. I have to wait 5-7 days to see if it falls off . AVOID SHOEMALL!

I will never order from this site again! They cancelled my order they were supposed to ship 4mo ago without even notifying me! I been waiting patiently for my shoes, did not look anywhere else hoping they will come eventually...Every day they clog my email with their "big coupon:30%off". To Spam it goes from now on!
They really suck!

I called to cancel my order , I talked to Nancy the Supervisor and she submitted my cancellation and the next day, I have my full refund .

I purchased 3 pairs of boots for my daughters. I found a 30% off deal so I got a good price. The boots I purchased for my older daughters are great, BearPaw brand, good quality. No issues. However, the pair I bought for my youngest was too big. So I immediately completed the enclosed form and requested an exchange for the same shoe, different size. I mailed the boots back and waited. About a week and a half later, I noticed a credit on my credit card account. I was refunded the price of the boots minus shipping for the return. I assumed the replacement pair would be charged. However, after 2 more weeks....nothing. No replacement boots, no new charge, no correspondence. I finally emailed customer service. They responded saying that my return was processed and that there was no exchange. Case closed. Nevermind that I had requested an exchange. So here I am at the end of November scrambling for boots for my daughter. I did buy some locally but I was waiting for almost a month thinking that her new boots were coming! So dissatisfied with the return/exchange process and customer service.

Website sells replica shoes...not all brands are authentic. Buyer beware!

Boots came with deep leather scratches, glue in the zipper teeth and no insole in one.
They are charging my card another $7 for return shipping!!
Customer care emailed back telling me to call instead due to the overwhelming volume of inquiries, their team "cannot call out"
What a scam! Not woth the hassle.

I ordered a pair of booties and they didn't fit me well. The return was easy. I followed the instructions & I included the invoice return (came with the order) dropped off at a mail center & within 7 day received my credit. I am very happy with customer service and will be ordering again.
