Ordered summer sandals for my little girl. Arrived today mens slippers not what i ordered.

I wanted to buy a pair of shoes, but they didn't have them in my size.
The sales person said I could order them with no delivery charge, and it woukd be next day delivery.
Unfortunately there was a delay and I received them a day later than was expected. It wasn't a problem and I was notified about it.

Best service i have received online in a long time. Easy ordering, excellent email updates, super fast processing and despatch. Ordered late on a Sunday, delivered Monday morning. Well done shoezone highly recommend. Purchased a second pair of their own crocs. Perfect fit, comfortable and hard wearing.

Shop assistant made it very easy for me to purchase my Skethchers. There were only the display pair in the shop, she immediately offered to order online for delivery on Monday and to the address of my choice.

I bought some school shoes for my Grandaughter online,they didn't fit.
I took them to the shop in Burnley to exchange them. The ladies were very helpful. I chose different ones,in a bigger size which were a bit more expensive. The shop assistant sorted the refund and I paid a little extra for the replacement shoes. This transaction was straight forward. Great customer service. ( which is hard to find these days) Will be orderering from here again.

Had bought another colour in these sandals just for casual wearing. As they are comfortable thought I'd buy a pair for work. Did not disappoint - I actually love this brand and find it brilliant to be able to buy through Shoezone 😺

It's a shame shoezone don't do free returns, if we need to return anything in the Glasgow area, unless we pay for postage we would have to travel almost 100 miles to get a shoezone branch. Come on shoezone, think about free returns for folk who don't have a branch near them

Ordered slippers on Friday, they arrived Saturday. Excellent price and free delivery! How can they do it? Other companies keep you waiting a lot longer and charge the earth for products and delivery.Thanks!

Prepayment taken, but shoes not delivered and after eight days of waiting, customer services, when I rang, were courteous and listened when I explained the problem. The shoes were then reordered and delivered by Royal Mail the very next day. The quality and fit of the shoes were exactly as expected, so now (eventually) I'm satisfied with my purchase.

Lovely shoes and quick delivery. The experience was a bargain.

I've been buying shoes here for over 30 years and the shoe use to last a year tops sometimes even 1.5yrs.

Past year or so, I'm buying shoe for myself and it's ripping off from the side. My son shoes inside sole came off outside looks brand new. Manufacture isn't using quality material and the workers use cheap glue instead of stitching.

The shoe breaks within 2 weeks, customer service refused a refund or replacement. Said it's wear and tear, within 2 weeks? How can a shoe break in 2 weeks ridiculous.

Do they expect parents to buy shoe shoes once a month? If that's the case you might as well save all the money and go Clarks for school shoes, which last years.

It's ashame really because I use to buy shoes from here that lasted over a year. Especially someone's whose disabled, can't work and struggling on benefit as it is with outstanding bills. I don't want to worry about buying shoes every month due to their manufacturing fault, it's an inconvenience for me, and the cost adds up and just a hassle.

They should have sent a replacement and taken these shoes in for inspection by the manufacturing team to improve the quality of shoe being made and not pinalised customers like myself.

Were is my parcel. Says it's been delivered no sign of it here .

Lovely sandals great free delivery next day but unfortunately one pair seems much smaller than the other pair even though they were both the same size so will be returning one pair hopefully for the next size

Love Shoezone I always buy my shoes, boots and slippers from them. It is sometimes difficult to find a size 3 but I can always get my size from Shoezone. Good quality, not expensive and free delivery to my house next day!! What's not to love 😍
