OK so you don't go to Shoezone for the best quality, it's cheap n nasty stuff, but at least it's relatively cheap.

However you should expect an item to be as described, and also should expect good customer service.

Ordered slippers for my mother, Size 4 wide fit. They arrived, were marked as size 4 but clearly no way near size 4 (a size 3 at best) also they were not wide fit.

So they were neither as described nor fit for purpose; however, Shoezone were unwilling to accept responsibility and with a completely arrogant attitude demanded that I either do a 17-mile round-trip to one of their shops or pay myself for the return.

They are the ones who have reneged on the contracted details and they want me to pay for their misbehaviour.

Clearly cheap n nasty has an alternative application other than their products - simply cheap n nasty attitude too.

as my preferred size of my chosen sandals weren`t in stock, advisor invited me to order them for delivery to home next day, and explained could return them if not wanted. Service was very friendly and helpful, they were delivered as promised, product was well made and good value. very happy with everything

Easy to use website, with plenty of useful info. Really prompt service, and amazing value. I find Shoezone are a reliable and good value company.

I ordered my shoes the afternoon of the 17th July and they were delivered free befor 12 noon on the 18th July.
I have found the whole proses of shozones website, the ordering process and how to pay so easy and straight forward and to get free delivery too is a super bonus.
I ordered the softline liz court shoe and they are so comfortable and a lovely fit and look so elegant. Highly recommend

Shoezone are a great company to order from online. I ordered 2 pairs of sandals and I received them the next day, with free delivery, which is amazing really! Sadly one pair is going back so I will have to navigate the returns process, but you do have the option of taking them back to a Shoezone store, which is great if you don't live out in the sticks like me. I will definitely order from them again.

Very comfortable and pretty sandals. Well made. I had to go up a size as they are a small fit. Otherwise well worth the price.

Excellent service! Did exactly what it said on the tin - unlike some other companies! Order 3 pairs of flip flops, got a £5 voucher and the promise of the delivery the next was honoured. Impressive.

But they do NOTHING about it. They refuse to comply with Consumer Law, they act as if you waiting for them to remedy a problem is okay and any fault must be the customer's fault. They should not be able to post these bland replies as they have no intention of sorting out any issues.

Very good selection, I bought some lovely sandals for my mum and myself which were really good value. Website is easy to use and service was great, delivery on time
