But they do NOTHING about it. They refuse to comply with Consumer Law, they act as if you waiting for them to remedy a problem is okay and any fault must be the customer's fault. They should not be able to post these bland replies as they have no intention of sorting out any issues.

Very good selection, I bought some lovely sandals for my mum and myself which were really good value. Website is easy to use and service was great, delivery on time

Purchased the same men’s sandals a couple of years ago in size 9. Struggle finding women’s sandals in my size on the high street. Sandals are so comfortable and you wouldn’t know they are men’s. Free delivery, received the following day so saved me going into town to buy another pair.

Well ordering was ok but parcel was damaged so wasn't delivered and trying to get hold of anyone to mention it as coiuer said get in touch with seller but getting hold of them was nightmare but when I did hear was few days before I received replacements

Bought shoes for a birthday with free next day delivery. Seemed too good to be true. It was. Items never arrived, I emailed to find out what happened, apparently they were lost in transit and the item was then out of stock so no replacement could be sent.

Delivery service is excellent as they offer free of charge next day delivery!

Loved both the products and the price, so keeping both. However, the return policy seems to be very generous too!

I ordered two pairs of sandals on line from Shoe Zone.
I am over the moon with my sandals that I received. Delivery was quick, they are value for money and so comfortable I would recommend Shoe Zone. I wore them to do my weekly shop and it was like walking on air. You don’t always have to pay a lot of money for value,

Bought sum trainers from shoe zone and within a week the sole is all ready wearing out I expected then to last a lot longer than a week

My sandles are stylish and now I have all colours in this style comfy and I love them will buy these again when needed

Really impressed by the service. Ordered at nearly 11pm on a Thursday and item delivered for free by 1pm Saturday. Item ordered is as shown and very comfortable. Just what I was looking for.

This summer , Shoezone have supplied wonderful light footwear for the hot weather for not only myself, but also my adult daughter and disabled husband.
We each had x2 pairs, competitively priced , with free next day delivery, so x6 pairs in total.
You could not ask for more than this excellent service. It is a joy to find in these days when excellence is hard to find. I have no hesitation in recommending Shoezone to my friends.

With free delivery and ultra quick also what’s not to like. The sandals are excellent quality & stylish. They are also comfortable and easy to put on with Velcro straps. I am very happy.

I bought Lunar shoes from ShoeZone two years running, they are the most beautiful butter soft leather plimsoles, it’s like wearing slippers from day one, a few weeks ago I bought a third pair but directly from lunar, when they arrived they were not the beautiful leather that they used to be, I returned them and called into my local ShoeZone to see if they had any of the original, they did but were on display so one shoe looked a little handled, the man who served me said he could order them for me because they come from their warehouse on the same order number, he put the others on reserve for me just in case, I went to collect them and a girl served me, I opened the parcel just to make sure, they were definitely the originals, I said I would take the reserved pair as well, she said she would order me a new pair to be sent to my home Next day delivery Free! Then came the realisation that I had ordered the wrong size (my fault not the man who ordered them) I had got confused with the European sizing, I needed a 37 and had ordered a 36, the girl was so patient, she ordered two new pair for me, I received them the next day, the beautiful soft leather originals, I can’t praise highly enough both shop staff who served me, both were polite, cheerful and extremely helpful, sorry I can’t name them but my local store is Wolverhampton so feel sure if they read this they will know who they are, many, many thanks.

I order online from shoezone a few times a year (they have loads more quality stock online than in most stores and are good value). Delivery is always quick (one exception...see below) and I get clear regular updates. Because I have 12 months to return any unwanted shoes I return these to store when I'm next in the town where my nearest store is, so there's no stress involved. The only one time I did face a delivery delay for my child's school shoes, I received a no quibble refund and was able to reorder a new pair just in time for start of school.

Once again, fantastic value and speedy delivery! The Safety Shoes purchased seem very robust, especially for what I paid.
