I’m extremely disappointed with these lashes. They were advertised as easy to apply and reusable, but in reality they don’t stick properly at all. I followed the instructions and they still wouldn’t stay on my eyes.

For $42, I expected much better quality. The ad made it seem like you could reuse them multiple times, yet mine only came with one adhesive strip, which makes the “reusable” claim very misleading.

This product does not match what was shown in the video or described online. It feels like false advertising, and I would not recommend anyone waste their money on this.

WARNING!! Wish I read the reviews before wasting over $100 on their products. They send fake versions of what you ordered, and quality was not good. When I emailed after delivery to say I wanted to return I never got a reply. Don’t bother! Another reason I won’t shop on line again.

They were COMPLETELY empty -- all three bottles. I emailed the company and requested either a refund or replacements, and they sent me three more empty bottles! I then requested a refund, and they expected me to return the items and PAY for shipping MYSELF. So, of course, I refused, and they then ignored me. I have now disputed the charge on my credit card, and it is under investigation.

This is a complete scam.

Bought lip oil stain for new year - 2026. It is fake. The oil doesn't stain lips. I have emailed many times but no response. FRUSTRATING!!!!

Fake company I order a package never received lied and says delivery. Refuse to resend or refund.

Whaaah! Why didn't I google reviews first. Lip oil stain does not stain lips. Just a really overpriced lip balm with a hint of colour.

This is viral scam that pops up on Facebook all the time, do not fall for them! The lip oils have toxic smell, do not stain or change color as advertised and are basically subpar lip gloss full of methylparaben! They will make you pay for shipping cost for full refund.

Ordered the Korean lip oil which never got delivered despite false claim of delivery that was sent to me. After investigation with Australian post, it was confirmed the product never was delivered. I kindly requested a refund and multiple followups. I never heard back from their customer service. Big scam...

Total scam. Does not stain lips at all. Just like a cheap lip gloss nothing else

WARNING - DO NOT BUY ANYTHING ! I got caught out also, like others on here. I purchased 2x Brow Fection™ 4D Eyebrow Pens in April 2025 and when they arrived I excitedly opened one to try it out and it was completely empty, as in CLEAN empty ! I opened the 2nd one and it too is completely clean and empty ! I emailed Beauty Lust immediately and included photos of inside the bottles. NO RESPONSE. I Emailed them again the next day. NO RESPONSE. I then emailed 3rd time through PayPal 8 days ago and still NO RESPONSE. Its now been over 2 wks. I have submitted a Case with PayPal. This Company is very sus and unprofessional.

Wish I had found Trustpilot sooner. Lip stains came in wrong colours and look counterfeit to me. They use the name of a big brand. Very disappointed. Don’t make my mistake.

I purchased the brow fection brush and dip. It definitely came used and completely dried out! Do not buy from this company!!

Do not buy the brow fection 4d eyebrow pen! I got two pens, one in espresso and one in chocolate brown, and neither one of them works like the promotional video. The promo video shows the tip giving fine hairs on the skin when, in fact, the ink on the pen hairs is all clumped together and all it does is darken the hair you have there and stain your skin… There is no fine line anywhere and it’s very clumpy. We put in for a return, but the customer has to pay return shipping? What’s up with that?

Do not buy anything from Beauty Lust. I purchased the 4 lip stains that everyone is raving about. 2 of the 4 came opened and used. It wasn’t the product that was advertised. I tried the unopened one and it did nothing. Total rip off. Then I retuned it and paid for shipping and they are still not giving me a full refund. DO NOT TRUST THIS SCAM OF A COMPANY.
