These are available to view online prior to purchase.
Handling fees apply to all returns unless the reason for return is due to our error. We advise to report any visible damage seen upon delivery as per our terms and conditions.
Our team will then assess the return to ascertain the best solution as soon as possible.

Great value and customer service
Provided a full shower enclosure bundle at very reasonable cost including a free shower waste.
They were quick to process order and contacted me to explain and offered alternative shower screen and the difference in cost refund was processed quickly.
The delivery was on time.

Shower Tray Arrived Cracked
I received my shower tray yesterday and, upon removing the packaging, discovered a significant crack running from the top surface, around the side bezel, and continuing underneath. Additionally, there were noticeable scuff marks on the edges.
I'm very disappointed with the condition in which this item arrived. I’ve contacted the company to request an urgent collection and replacement. I hope this can be resolved quickly. I'm still awaiting a reply from them. I'll update this review once the matter is sorted...
Update so far - good response from company - they have arranged for collection and redelivery of a new tray, so fingers crossed it all goes smoothly!...
Update - the damaged tray was taken away and replaced with a new one (within 3 working days) - perfect. I must say although I could've done without the damaged tray at least the process for reporting and replacing went smoothly - I'm now a satisfied customer. Thanks 😊

Ordering was simple & efficient
Ordering was simple & efficient, despatch was communicated in timely manner, but delivery wasn't. It arrived out of the blue, luckily I was at home when it arrived.
The product is fine, a replacement for a bracket that I broke recently, it fitted well and hopefully I'll make it last longer this time.

Incompetent team with no customer service focus. It took a week and three deliveries to get a shower tray and waste as per order. When contact from manager was requested, there was no response

Item was damaged on the base of the unit and didn’t arrive on time despite paying extra for fast delivery, when I ordered, they said item was in stock but it wasn’t, so eventually arrived after 5 days too much hassle to send item back didn’t try to get in touch to refund for extra postage that I paid for

Very unimpressed with Shower Trays…
Very unimpressed with Shower Trays UK/Plumbworld/Low Cost Plumbing Supplies, whatever the primary trading name is.
Ordered an item that says usually good availability. Told next day it would be 3-4 Weeks and I would be informed on delivery date. It arrived over 4 weeks later and I was not informed of a delivery date. Item turned up and was damaged. Supplier offered a replacement which would take another 4 weeks and with no compensation offered for my wasted time. Taken my business elsewhere now.
