Just had a Shellac re-do in the Brent Cross Nail Bar. I have used this nail bar many times and the service is always friendly and professional. Lovely group of girls.

Please avoid at all cost . Brent Cross kiosk disgusting severe I’ll not go again bad decision.Therapist seemed inexperienced she had left her hair it was coming on face . 2nd the floor was very dirty . Being a therapist she should ties her up . Not live it open

Ashwani as the Brent cross threading bar always does the most fantastic job with my eyebrows. She understands what I need and listens and delivers. Very kind lady, definitely recommend!

I always use to go here at their basingstoke branch but this week my eye brows were F******! She did not even cared! I do not remember this place

Sia Beauty Bromley -The worst eyebrow threading of my life! When I asked why my eyebrows were wonky she said one is thicker and the other one is thinner- er, isn’t that your job to fix?!
Anyways my recommendation is to go to Superdrug around the corner and they do an amazing job everytime! I just didn’t go today as I was in a rush and I would have had to queue.

Booked an appointment for an expensive treatment £300, after I left the salon I was contacted by phone and asked to pay in cash on the day. I did so, but for the follow up treatment was never able to get an appointment, this treatment would have been £60, highly unsatisfied customer

I had the worst experience ever, in Basingstoke in festival place. Lady with red hair was totally not sensitive in few moves she destroy my eyebrows, made holes in left eyebrow, totally destroy shape of mine eyebrows, made them really thin... When I complain she said is not her fault. Rude and dirty place, doesn't care about customers....

They say on the website they open at 9am but only open at 10am and it says on the price list that they soak off acrylics and do infills but apparently is only on specific days... they don't have that information anywhere on the pricelist or website and are getting defensive when you're telling them you just been waiting around gor 1hr for a service they say they provide but they actually don't

I was at Fulham for my eyebrows. I have to wait more then 45 minutes just for eyebrow . As I girl was busy doing full face as she took 45 minutes…….really 45 minutes Anyone explain me how much time does it take just for a full face? As my knowledge 20 minutes? I’ll never again go over there

Amazing service talented staff
I got manicure and deluxe pedicure done and the lady Rushell who was there was amazing she took very good care of me and was understanding towards my issues and even gave me advice as to prevent them further

it was a very nice experience and they were very helpful and accommodating!

Awful experience with Sia Brent Cross. I walked in and waited at the till for someone to help me. The staff were out back talking and just ignoring me. When they finally acknowledged me, instead of saying hello, they hid in the cubicles out back to talk longer.

When the lady finally did come I just asked to have an eyebrow wax, I really can't think what I did to offend her but she was really rough with me.

She leaned on me with her full weight, pressed up against me which I found disgusting and nearly broke my neck holding my head down to one side to apply the wax, she has actually hurt the muscles in my neck. I only came in for an eyebrow wax and left feeling as if I'd been in a fight.

I don't know if she has a problem with white people or she just had a bad day but I'm flabbergasted at my treatment. What is your problem?

I’ve been going to Sia beauty in Brent Cross for many years to get my eyebrows threaded by Sonia and they are very friendly and welcoming.

A wonderful gem in Guildford. Treatments are fantastic.
Best eyebrows in Surrey. My 18 and 14 year old girls agree.
Dolma is amazing as are all the girls. They all work very hard and give a great service.
