We had a fabulous holiday. The villa is beautiful with amazing views and facilities. The decor is modern and uncluttered and so spacious. We felt very supported through the booking process and during our stay. Ottavia organised our trips and was very proactive in making sure we were happy and everything was organised. Our concierge service at the villa was managed by Koh Pyo who was very helpful and couldn’t do enough for us, all with a smile on his face. We also had a Villa Manager, Andrea, who was on hand to help us with anything we needed. All in all it was a holiday of a lifetime and will give us all wonderful memories.

Very fast reaction to any question. Very kind and pro active people. They provide a high quality service and excellent villa’s. I would recommend to anyone and will look for their service again.

The house is even better than the photos show. The view and sunset from the pool are unforgettable. In addition to all this, one of the highlights was the mastery of our hostess Ottavia in coordinating each of our needs and desires: sailing boat, in-house chef, Yoga, massages and restaurants. The villa and its surroundings are gorgeous. It was easy to communicate our wants and needs and we were taken care of from the time of reservation to the last day of our stay. We were 25 people staying at the villa and more for dinner, but the fantastic cook (shoutout to Francesca) handled it all and we had the most amazing food prepared for us. I definitely recommend staying at this beautiful place if you have a special celebration and a big group of people.

We had a lovely time. The Villa was beautiful and private. Giorgia was in communication with us from the start and helped ease our transition. She was very responsive with any issues we had. Massimiliano checked us in at the villa and was also very helpful and kind. This was our first time in Castelvetrano and while the villa was beautiful, the surrounding area was a bit more rugged than we had anticipated.

We recently stayed in a Sicily Luxury Villas for a week and the concierge service that we received from Ottavia was second to none. Nothing was too much trouble - recommending and making restaurant reservations, organising taxis, and even managing to stop the neighbouring construction works! Ottavia was constantly on the case - even late into a Sunday evening. She really went above and beyond any other concierge service we've ever had from any other villa rental company.

It has been a great experience. First of all thanks to Silvio and Erika, perfect as house owners and they gave us lots of very useful tips. And also thanks to Roberta, our Sicily Luxury Villas concierge, always available for helping us organizing our trips. Then the villa is really wonderful, very large rooms, nice furniture, lots of light and the swimming pool, the favourite place of our kids. You can stay and relax for all the time in the wonderful villa or alternate days of relax with other days visiting Aeolian Islands or Cefalù or the amazing small towns in the mountains rich of art, churches, castles and taste all the Sicilian foods and wines.

This was the first group trip I planned for a destination in Europe. I wasn't sure how it was going to work with the language barrier, service etc.
I have to say the experience, location and most of all the service far exceeded my expectations.
We were a group of 5 couples that have known each other since grade school and were from 4 different States. There were many questions and planning. The main office was always helpful and then when we got close to vacation time Roberta became my direct contact. See was amazing with he communication skills, advise and follow up. We communicated on WhatsApp flawlessly and even had a phone call or two. Can’t say enough about her professionalism and support.
The week prior to our arrival I was put in touch with the Villa Arcadia point person Flavia. I literally spoke to her via WhatsApp every day and met with her on 3 different occasions. She was wonderful, supportive and her follow-up, regardless of the time of day, was amazing. Between Roberta and Flavia, I literally had no issues with anything.
The staff at the Villa quickly became family. We had breakfast prepared for us every day and dinner 6 out of the 7 nights. They were so good to us and the food, preparation, cost and overall hospitality was 5 stars. I also now know what the Sicily 10 means.... we ate a lot!
Now the Villa - we all said if this Villa is half as nice as the pictures, we will be thankful. Truthfully - the pictures do not do justice to this Villa. We all said several times "I can't believe we are here, this place in amazing". The trees, planting, pools, attention to detail, cleanliness, stonework, marble, terraces.... I could go on forever.
As noted, we had 10 people in the Villa and not one person had a single complaint the entire week! That is amazing unto itself.
Our deepest and sincere thanks go out to Roberta, Flavia, the Staff, and of course the owner for a vacation and overall experience we will never forget.

Ottavia is an extraordinarily talented person. She gives you the kind of service she would like to receive and it shows in all she does. Capable, prompt, kind and a joy to be with. Simply put, she is the best!

Excellent villa with outstanding views.
The villa was very well equipped and had everything you could want or need for a very luxurious stay.
The few minor requests, such as an extra pillow or pool towels were answered and actioned swiftly by the very willing staff of Sicily Luxury Villas, who offered outstanding service. From my experience I would have absolutely no hesitation in using them again and recommending them to friends and famly.

The lovely property was well kept and had so many different spaces for our group!
It’s well located and not far from the beach and the owner is on the neighboring property and always willing to help with a smile and warmth.
We would definitely stay there if we go back!

This villa is the most beautiful rental in the area the interior is tastefully decorated and renovated. The master suite has a stunning view. When outside the small pool’s infinity sound is very soothing. We love this part of Sicily for its rustic nature and will absolutely stay here again nestled amongst the olive trees.

Villa Marina was a dream come true! Exquisite location within walking distance of shops and restaurants. Well-maintained and managed. All aspects of the rental went smoothly. The Sicily Luxury Villas staff, specifically Ottavia and Flavia, couldn't have been more accessible and personable, answering all of my questions in a timely and professional manner. They made the trip a vacation of a lifetime. I highly recommend Sicily Luxury Villas to anyone looking to rent a prime villa in Sicily.

We recently stayed at Idda villa. What an amazing experience. There is always a little apprehension when you book on line so far away and in advance. Ottavia was wonderful right from the start and she took care of arranging our private transportation and excursions. We rented the Blue Whale sailing boat for the day and the captain and crew were amazing. My 3 girls loved the experience. We were greeted by Eva the host and owner of the villa. What a beautiful home and gorgeous pool. We really enjoyed just spending a couple days there it was so relaxing and the chef meal was the best one we had all week. Thank you to Eva for making us feel so at home. There was 5 of us and there was plenty of space. The only knock were that the beds weren't what we were used to, but we survived ;) and just loved the entire experience. I apologize for not remembering everyone's name that we interacted with, but please know you all contributed to a wonderful family memory.

Villa Senia is beautifully located on the hills overlooking the town of Acquedolci. You wake up to the views of the glistening sea in the distance on one side while nestled at the foot of the hilltop on the other. The villa is very well appointed - a single level construction with living / entertainment sections to the left and private sleeping quarters to the right. But what’s even better is what’s behind the villa - a massive pool area with various sections for entertaining, having fun or simply lounging.

Silvio, the owner, and his family are the most attentive, kind and genuine hosts we’ve ever had. They are incredibly hospitable and go the extra mile to provide help and guidance on everything from restaurants and supermarkets to beach experience.

Speaking of beaches, highly recommend a trip to Capo d’Orlando…

All in all, an experience we are very fond of and will be wholeheartedly recommending to our friends….and, potentially coming back to Villa Senia ourselves.
