My wife and I, our three young adult children, as well as various family members and friends stayed at the wonderful Villa Lolj over a number of weeks very recently. From the moment we arrived we felt so welcome to this exceptionally special place by the lovely owners, Emanuela & Ricardo.
The many sitting areas shaded by trees gave us a choice of places to dine and even to get a quiet space to read, draw or write. The pool and gorgeous garden are very well maintained. The views from each aspect of the villa are delightful and with this we saw spectacular sunsets.
We made good use of the tennis court as this was one reason why I chose this villa but as an add-on I booked a table tennis table which was there on our arrival. The house is very well equipped. The owners were so helpful if we needed anything to make our stay more comfortable & enjoyable.The villa feels homely with its lovely decor & artwork.
A good beach at Isola delle Femmine is a short drive. Locally also we enjoyed dining at a very good restaurant ‘Baglio Ciachea’ set in a lovely garden, a short walk from the villa and another ‘Le Torre Ristorante pizzeria’ which is 8 minutes drive. A train to Palermo is a great way to get straight to the old part of the city. We found Sicilian people very friendly. Villa Lolj was a fabulous introduction to our first visit to Sicily. Highly recommended!

The Villa is really perfect for staying together with family, and it is a beautiful place, just on the beach. Inside and outside very clean, fantastic and tasteful, fully equipped and all you need for cooking and washing clothes. On top of all this, the most wonderful sunset every night!!! We also easily get all information and help from the house manager, always fast.

Wifi did not work very good (but in my upinion, not a big problem, all other fasilities was perfect). Cleaning every morning at 09.00, is nice, but we would prefer at 11.00, then less stress because some like to stay in bed/have some privacy in the morning-ours.

Would love to come back!

My husband, our 3 adult children and I have just come back from our first holiday in Sicily booked with Sicilyluxuryvillas.com. The booking was very smooth and Flavia was always available and helpful during the booking process and during our whole stay.



The beautiful Villa Senia is surrounded by hills on one side with an immaculate garden which overlooks the Aeolian Islands on the other. This view is truly spectacular and can be seen from both the villa and the pool.



The pool is absolutely wonderful as it is long enough to actually properly swim in it.



There are numerous tables and chairs dotted around the villa and the pool where you can sit and relax.



You have a feeling of total privacy as you are not overlooked by any other villas.



The villa has a very well equipped kitchen and the dining and living rooms are very spacious.



Silvio the housekeeper was absolutely brilliant helping us settle in and was available at any time of day or night. He always wanted to make sure that we were happy and relaxed.



Silvio truly succeeded as we did not want to leave after two weeks of staying in these beautiful surroundings!



The five of us had an amazing holiday in Villa Senia and we would like to thank Silvio for his warm Sicilian hospitality.

We have just returned from two most enjoyable weeks at Villa Dune. The villa and its grounds was delightful and beautifully kept. The air-conditioned villa was extremely well-equipped with everything we needed, and the large sheltered outdoor space was ideal for getting respite from the sun. The lovely pool was enjoyed by all, and we had difficulty dragging the children away from it. Overall we couldn't fault it, or the excellent service from Sicily Luxury Villas.

My family and I have just had the most wonderful holiday in Sicily all thanks to Ottavia and the team at Sicilyluxuryvillas who were simply AMAZING. From pre booking through to pre departure, our stay and after they have done nothing but always go above and beyond. Ottavia is a delight to deal with, as are others in the office, as well as being super knowledgeable (knowledge she is happy to share). She was always contactable and super responsive and we really felt we could trust her. While this is not a part of the service, I would describe it like a mini concierge service which really made us feel well supported during our villa break (we typically travel to a hotel). As an aside, the villa was excellent and we very much hope to return soon!

In short, cannot recommend highly ENOUGH!!!

My husband and I and four of our closest friends recently had the pleasure of staying at Villa Idda in Acireale. What a magical place! When we arrived, Eva (the owner) was there to greet us and gave us a tour of the villa. She was super sweet and available any time we reached out. The decor was amazing! An open floor plan with the most interesting pieces. We later found out that many of the pieces were made by Eva’s father. You can see the love in each piece! We picked and ate fresh fruit from the trees while lounging by the pool. If you think this sounds like heaven, you are right. We can’t wait to go back!

Our trip wouldn’t have been as special were it not for Ottavia of Sicily Luxury Villas. My friends and I originally booked the villa for a May 2020 trip. COVID had other plans, but we would not be discouraged. We knew we would make it to Sicily! For two years, Ottavia and I kept in touch. As the time grew closer to our trip, I had so many questions about restaurants, places to see, car rentals and so much more. Ottavia was unbelievably responsive. Considering the 6-hour time difference, it seemed as if she was responding in her sleep! Ottavia knows so much about Sicily and other places as well. We were heading to Sardegna after leaving Sicily and she was so helpful!

Grazie Mille Eva and Ottavia! We had the most wonderful time! We have memories to last a lifetime.

Everything from start to finish was fantastic. The house was beautiful and our concierge Costanza was always available and so helpful. A great experience, will definitely use the company again and highly recommend.

Great time at the villa with a group of friends; beautiful home, pool and surroundings. The beds were comfortable too. Any issues we had were promptly taken care of; the staff are friendly and helpful. Villa is also situated in an intriguing area of Sicily that allows you to explore small towns, wineries, the coast and some ancient ruins.

Beautiful grounds. The pool is wonderful and the area around it is large and great for families. The interiors of the villa are spacious and well equipped. The fact that there are three separate buildings allowed for privacy you cannot get with a large group if you are all in a single structure. Housekeeping did a very good job. The furnishings are a little tired, but well within the range of what might be expected.

My family and I had a wonderful time at the villa! Our host, Ercole, was an extraordinary host and an amazing chef! We needed a couple of meals cooked for us and the menus and food were incredible! So delicious and so much thought put into them! The villa itself is beautifully maintained and well laid out for a big family. Lots of room for gathering together and plenty of places for your own space as well. The concierge service provided by Sicily Luxury Villas was a amazing!! Roberta was so helpful every step of the way. It gave me incredible peace of mind to know that I had someone in Sicily that could help when I needed travel, food recommendations, ideas for things to see, anything really! I would highly recommend this villa for sure!

We had a memorable vacations, the house is just perfect. Gina, Rosana and Laura are amazing human beings, and treated us with so much care.
We ended up dining quite a lot in the house with friends, Gina us an amazing cook. Thank you Fabrizio for all your great assistance, it has been a pleasure to plan with you this vacation. We hope to be back!

Everything was made so easy for us, great communication from day 1 of booking. The house was beautiful and had everything we could ask for.

Beautiful home, very nice experience. My only comments which are really more suggestions are 1- the house needs some planting around it, as the landscape at the parking court and on the side facing the pool currently fees a bit desolate 2 - the staff is very kind and attentive, but needs to make sure that the house is supplied with basic things (we had to buy toilet paper and laundry/dish soap) 3- A few more large pots in the kitchen would be helpful 4 - the pool patio is very hot in the sunny hours… the umbrellas help but a pergola or a shade structure would be more effective 5- the outdoor dining area is perhaps the hottest part of the house…. Maybe add another table on the other side as a cooler dining option? In general we have been very satisfied by the house

Our weeklong stay at Castello di Falconara was Magical! The castle is magnificent and the service was impeccable. It did not disappoint in any way! Our entire family of 30, including the 12 children, were enchanted! From Morning breakfasts to cocktails and dinner on the terrace, and our big celebratory banquet in the ballroom, the food that was prepared for us was excellent! The castle's beach was an unexpected pleasure, as was the lagoon swimming pool! We couldn't have asked for a more memorable place to celebrate our special occasion!
The staff, especially Mr Azad, were delightful and efficient!
Thank you to Sicily Luxury Villas for arranging our stay in an uncomplicated manner from a long distance in the US. Fabrizio was very gracious and accommodating as was Flavia, our concierge, who was extremely helpful in coordinating our numerous requests --from a long distance! She was very efficient and responded promptly to every question. I would not hesitate to recommend them and would definitely use them again anytime for a villa stay/rental! I would add that the website photos do not do justice to the Castle. It is much more beautiful in person--filled with antiques and art -- but in a friendly manner, like a family home.

Spectacular views, amazing architecture, a stylish pool - the ultimate holiday location.

The house is build in the country side with few hundred meters of unsurfaced road to follow, thus important to meet with your guide who perfectly show you the way and the house. Well equipped, tasty interior, and flooded with light.

The block with open kitchen and living room has large windows to three sides and divides the two areas with its bedrooms. From the living room and the terrace you have a view to the distance sea up to the most southerly point of the Sicilian coast.

Even though in splendid isolation, it is the ideal starting point exploring the surroundings. You are in 10 Minutes in Noto or at the A 18.

This villa is an amazing place! We loved the house, the pool, the beach and the very kind owner Pasquale! See you again hopefully!

Il Borgo is an incredible place. Beautiful rooms, gardens, pool. Dedicated, attentive, professional and friendly staff. We were a group of 15 who enjoyed every second of our stay. Would recommend it to any large gathering.

Also, it would be a huge omission if we didn't give a particular shout-out to Ottavia, who ran everything as our concierge. We didn't meet her, but she is a fixer supreme, who handled all the behind-the-scenes aspects with grace, skill and remarkable effectiveness. She deserves to be the CEO!

There are no other words we can use than excellent. The villa was gorgeous in a fantastic environment. The staff on locational was incredibly helpfull, and Sicily Luxury Villas helped us in any way possible and was very accommodating with our request. Our special thanks to our contact, Ottavia, who went beyond our expectations and helped us have an unforgettable week with friends and family to celebrate our wedding and make fantastic memories.

It is impossible to imagine how beautiful this villa is—the large grounds planted in flowering orange trees, the beautiful garden full of flowers, the comfortable private and public rooms. It was like having the loveliest five star hotel all to ourselves—the chef was wonderful, the servers lit fires or candles to make our evenings perfect, and anything we asked was provided.

You can see Mt. Etna from the garden, and the sea in the distance from some of the walks.

A warm welcome and dream-like experience await guests lucky enough to stay here.
