Simple Car & Van Rental Opiniones

Helpful gentleman on desk giving the options available

We rented a car for one day shore excursion while on our cruise. They offered delivery and pickup service at the pier and it saved time for us. They were on time for delivery and pick up. Excellent service and reasonable price comparing with other big rental car agencies. Highly recommend this company!

Fantastic service as always, Car as described and great value for money.

Everything went exactly as your emails said, turned up on time for both drop off and collection, vehicle was clean and well fuelled, contact was polite and informative. No hassle easy transaction.

Excellent service. Car was in great condition and waiting for us at the station. We were met at the station when we arrived even though we arrived earlier than we had booked. Communications were excellent and very helpful and accommodating. Transaction was thorough and fast. Would recommend this service to everyone!

The car was waiting for us right as we got off train and was picked up right in the time we agreed.
Car was clean and new. It was automatic as we requested.

Really easy to use, great car, good price. Saved me after Enterprise let me down. Would definitely use again.

Service was excellent vehicle was excellent all n all good thank you would recommend your company

The representative from the agency met us at the station. Great service. Made our experience very favourable.

Brilliant service, very quick and easy with a great choice of vehicles

Guter Kontakt bereits vor der Übergabe. Auch die Rückgabe erfolgte reibungslos. Alles am Bahnhof von Newton Abbot als meet&greet.
Großartig. Danke.

Good communication and upfront with no hidden costs

Excellent service and the car was great. Met us at the train station right on time and the process was quick and easy. Highly recommend!

Easy company to deal with. Happy to meet at Train Station for pick up and drop off -so couldn’t of been easier.
Thanks for promptness in answering emails and extending the time I hired the car. Will definitely use again if I’m ever down there again.

This was the best car hire experience I have ever had. The price was stated clearly with no add ons. We were met at the station as stated, with easy communication by text about when and where. All forms filled in on a tablet. Clear explanation of the car, which was a make I hadn't driven before. Return was just as smooth. Deposit was back on my credit card the same day as returning the car. Wish they were a nationwide firm, but that's probably why they are so good. Small is beautiful!

Fantastic service and a lovely little car for our trip
