Been renting at fairways Salford now…
Been renting at fairways Salford now for over a year. The garden well SHOCKING.
Soil and turf thrown over rubble. The amount of huge i picked up is crazy.
The garden is completely uneven full of nettle bushes. I have a young family with a disabled child who has nowhere controlled to play outside.
After 1 year of complaining
They finally got round to sorting it.
Result a bit of soil and grass seed in 3 areas. The garden is unsafe still, clearly needs a full re turf but that will cost them too much money. Absolute cowboys. We pay rent on time every month yet still they wont sort the issue properly.
So were forced on wasting more money on finding somewhere else to live so my kids have a safe garden to play. How they get away with this is crazy the news needs to know bout companies like these , Im seeking legal advice on the matter.

Garden works are seasonal and can sometimes require follow-up visits, particularly on new-build properties where landscaping is still settling. That said, we recognise your concerns regarding the condition of the garden and the impact this has had.
We are aware that our team has been in regular contact with you, and that a Simple Life representative attended your home alongside the housebuilder’s developer, who acknowledged there was a defect issue falling under the developer’s responsibility. Some remedial works have already been carried out; however, we understand from your feedback that you feel these have not gone far enough to fully resolve the issue.
We have requested additional information so we can carry out a full review and ensure the matter is properly addressed.
If you are able to provide any further photos or details of the current condition, this will help us progress your case more effectively.

I have recently started renting a simple life home in the Burton on Trent area. What a fantastic experience and excellent home. A special thank you to Paulina and Danielle in being extremely helpful ensuring we had everything in place for the tenancy. The entire experience has been a pleasure from start to finish and I highly recommend anyone in renting a simple life home.

When I called and spoke to James he was so helpful and really knew how to deal with me. I suffer with mental health and with the knowledge of possibly being homeless, James dealt with my situation professionally and calmly. Would highly recommend simple life. Always ask for James

Where there's a Will, there's a way...
I have recently moved into one of the Simple Life homes in Wolverhampton and we had a couple of maintenance issues that we raised, I spoke with Will today who was very professional and did an excellent job in chasing up these queries with the relevant departments to ensure that these are dealt with promptly. 5/5 stars for super customer service.

Pretty Useless
I've had multiple problems since moving into my new build flat with my "relationship manager" being absolutely useless, providing silly suggestions to problems i've endured. For the monthly amount for this apartment, i think they provide a shocking service. Wouldn't recommend to others.

Way faster than expected!
Moving house can be a headache, but Simple Life has made it surprisingly easy. The application was very intuitive, and the turnaround was way quicker than I thought it would be. James was great to deal with and managed to get us a viewing slot that actually worked for us, rather than making us jump through hoops. Really impressed with the service so far!
