Had a not straightforward try out request of one of their machines with a view to purchase. They were most helpful and accommodating and the machine did what it said on the tin. will be purchasing one.

Excellent service from Michelle and product arrived in good shape. Slight hiccup with courier service in Sicily but beyond Simplex's control. All use again.

From start to finish the communication from the helpful, polite staff at simplex has been amazing, I couldn't fault them but you don't want to hear about that! you want to hear about my amazing new hot tub.
Set up was a breeze using the supplied hose connected to the pump to inflate the tub and the lid while using the handy gauge to check I didn't over inflate it.
Then came the part I was most dubious about filling it up 800 litres of water! (I could see the water bill rocketing) but as I sat there waiting for the water to reach the min line I did a little maths and it turns out it cost me just £1.55 to fill the tub BARGAIN! After reaching the line I turned it on at 6:30 pm Friday evening put the lid on, set the temperature and left it to it. Much to my surprise it was up to 38°C by 2:00 pm on the Saturday :-) so then came the dreaded chemicals but again following the supplied instructions and using the test sticks along with my trusty teaspoon it was a breeze I had the colours matching the optimum levels within 30 minutes and we was ready to go. Cue a few hours later, kids in bed me in my trusty speedo's!! (trying to convince the wife to go out in the cold in nothing but her swimwear!!) I braved the cold, unlocked the lid (yes all the buckles lock with the supplied key to keep the little ones safe) and jumped straight in... HEAVEN it was so warm and comfortable it was just amazing then we turned on the bubbles and I got to say it rivals any spa I've been in before, before we knew it we had been in there relaxing for an hour and a half and the temperature had only dropped to 37°C! we loved every second and use it most nights now!
After running this spa for a couple of weeks now I love it, the ease of use, the build quality and its really quiet on tick over, just adds up to a great experience I wouldn't give it up for all the tea in china!
Maintenance is simple just topping up the chemical levels as needed and changing the filter as required which takes 2 seconds, water changes are simple with the supplied connections allowing you to empty the tub via a hose.
The only thing I changed is I use bromine instead of chlorine as its a little nicer and less smelly!! I also turn it down to 30°C once we finish and then turn it back up around lunch time if we fancy an evening dip.
If your looking for a hot tub then look no further I recommended the Intex pure spa it blows all the others out the water and with the excellent service from the guys at simplex you couldn't wish for more.
