Awful experience, no payment made after 1 month. No matter who you are told to call they do not respond on the phone. The call centre has now blocked my number and will not answer my calls. Have reported the business to the Dubai DET and Police I hope they investigate and shut down these scammers.

I sold my Nissan pathfinder in 13th February, the car was transfered on 16th February. My car was already sold to another owner on 12 March and yet not a single payment.

Worst company you can deal with.

This is the most worst platform to sell or a buy a car. There is no proposer response. Customer care number will not be answered even you call for 50 times. Worst service and worst people. There’s this person called Hisham in Marina Mall Branch who will not answer the call at all. It’s better you check other platforms for selling car and never with SimplyCar Buyers.

What can I say ?
I sold my car on 19 th December . Small amount for an old car and anyways I was leaving the country.
Still waiting for my payment . I hesitate between a complete scam or complete lack of professionalism .
They sweet talk you but none of them really cares. Of course you add to that zero communication as you know you are just a client so why bother.

Anyways Stay away from them . Better to give away your car to your wrost enemy 😂

Booked appointment at6 6. 30at Marina mall branch,Abudhabi. When u go there nobody at reception and left a note with number call for assistance. When I called that guy was very rude and asked me to come tomorrow. He already gone home at6.40.i called customer service they confirmed that they close at 8pm.even customer service also disconnected my call 3 times. They said that arrange home visit. They will send message and asked me to send location. No what's app message.
I don't recommend. This very frustrating.

Sold my car to them on the 24th November with a promise to get money within 48 hours. It is the 3rd December and they still haven’t paid and have been avoiding my calls. I have raised a complaint with DED. Avoid them at all cost.

I brought my car , the inspection was great and thorough, also the inspection report got me to find out issues that the previous owner didn’t tell me about, the sales team were professional , the car was sold and I was paid within the agreed timeframe

Very bad experience.
I strongly advise against trying to sell your vehicle to this company. They offer lowball prices and then try to hold onto your car without any clear reason. In the end, they didn’t even go through with the purchase. This was a complete waste of time. I highly recommend avoiding this company if you're looking to sell your car

Company was great when I was in the offer Saturday morning however I was told the money would be transferred in 24 hours. On Monday afternoon I still hadn't received anything and was told they were just adding me as a beneficiary. Tuesday morning I informed them I needed the money to be able to make another purchase by 2pm. They said they would look into it. It is now 2:30 and nothing...no money, no further replies to my messages and they have my car! Awful service!

I got an offer online for 50, 510.
The offer after I left their shop was 32k
That's called false advertising. They gave that first offer just to bring me in. Don't do business with them unless you want to get ripped off.

The guy at customer service hardly speak English. When I was asking for estimated price he offer me 50% of the market value . From 7 agencies which I contact it was lowest price offer and worst communication

The whole process was so quick and professionalI and my deal was done in less than hour. I had contacted almost 10 car dealers but SimplyCarBuyers gave me the best offer. Thank you guys

They look decent company when you look at their tiny office and professional in how they carry the car inspection. but unfortunately, when it comes to the car price estimate and negotiation they deal with you with disrespect.

I sold my car yesterday and today I received the money in my account. The dealing was quite satisfactory. Of course the price was much below my expectation. But all other dealing was quite satisfactory.
