I am a returning customer to Simply Car Buyers, and they have assisted me with courtesy and respect for selling my third vehicle. I delt with Malik & Francis and they were both kind and provided me with good hospitality.

No highlight of positive car features & very bad valuation pricing. Even if your car is in very good condition, it will be projected with more highlight on negative aspects like obvious wear & tear or dot scratches on the car which is obvious to happen in Dubai parking areas. They will not highlight any good features with specific comments, but the opposite is clearly mentioned. Clearly a way to lower the morale of the seller & try to get it at the lowest possible price to maximise resale profit.
I will never recommend this place if you are a serious seller. A 1 star rating is also too high by standards of the way they showcase your car

Did an online valuation of car , price was very low, so not interested. Then they called me 3 times said please bring to Motorcity our office there as we pay higher. I did , valuation still too low. Wasted my time. Then get a call from head office asking me about experience , I told him. He said what price you let the car go for. Said this is my price not in a hurry. Very clear and transparant from my side. Then get a call on 21st of November at 4 pm, guy tell me this i can do, price still way off. I said I told you before this was and is my price. He said 1) this is best price tomorrow will be lower, my answer : I don't care with respect as not in a hurry 2) He said better sell it now as in December no one buys cars < my answer the same as in 1) 3) he says can I ask you a question? I said yes go ahead he says" why you soo arrogant" Wow what an unbelievable bad sales person , the rudeness of this guy, just because I didn't give in to his sales pressure? I should report him for pressuring me beyond fair sales practices and indecent and rude behaviour. For sure I will file a report as in my 57 years I have never experienced this kind of plain indecency and out of order attack on my character. This is a case of gross misconduct and company should take action. I will and report him to police and supervisory body. This can't be tolerated.

I sold out my car today, Aqeel was so helpful and explained to me how the procedure work with them.
they are really so faster and give good prices in comparison with the others.

This company should be black listed, as they won't keep their promise till the closure of all dealings. No standard (below standard company ). No one please use this company assistance to sale your car.

I had the worst customer experience with this company; very unprofessional communication! They also force you to pay for all inspection charges in case you won’t sell them the car despite the fact that they are inspecting it to buy it themselves.
Price given is much lower than market price!

Malik of Simply Car Buyers was incredibly helpful and efficient in processing the sale of my car. He went out of his way to make it happen and was completely trustworthy and professional. I would highly recommend them if you're looking for a stress-free and easy way to sell your car.

Extremely Unprofessional Company!!

On Thursday 18 June 2020, we took our company car to them to sell ( Maserati ) After inspection and negotiation, we signed a contract with an agreed price and was told to leave the car till Saturday morning for transfer formalities at the RTA.
This morning they told us 2 stories:
1. Buyer wants 10 k less after signing the contract due to no extended service contract which they were already informed of prior to signing the contract.
2. Buyer does not want to buy the car anymore!!

They have wasted our time and kept the car with them over the weekend and did not keep their word on the signed contract.

I would not recommend using them due to their unprofessional service and highly unprofessional standards.

What started as a normal deal quickly soured, they say they buy a car in 25 minutes...this is not true and can not be done without all their disclaimers. 3 days later I am still waiting for the agreed money to be transferred to my account. This is the second car we have sold to SimplyCarBuyers and the first deal went very well with the agreed money received the same day all of this makes this deal so very disappointing that they have not delivered on their promises

I needed cash urgently and they did not rip me off, great service quick transaction i was out of their office with the payment in just 30 minutes or so. Great
