Great carport and service.
I ordered the victor wooden single carport and it arrived really quickly, I think 3 to 4 weeks. Unfortunately due to the hot weather one of the timbers had split and another bowed, so called the service team who managed to get replacement parts to me with 2 weeks. The customer service was really good and couldn't fault them, especially Danielle! All in all, a small delay and professionally handled.

Great cabin, but sadly no floor was delivered!
Customer services were helpful and understanding. We bought a Lasita Osland Long Beach cabin and purchased the Lasita Essential Floor as an addition. Unfortunately, the cabin arrived with no bearers or floor boards. Despite having to source the materials to construct the floor, Simply Log Cabins were able to investigate the missing floor and are now processing a refund. We found the shed quality to be perfectly acceptable for a budget cabin. A few of the timber pieces were a bit warped or had a small crack, but nothing that preventing the cabin from coming together. It took me and my partner 1-day to assemble and it looks great.

Simply Cabins website and products
The Simply Cabins website was really easy to use and made it simple to choose the cabins we wanted to purchase - we purchased two cabins, each from a different manufacturer.
The ordering process was simple via their website and enabled orders to be easily tracked - being able to place the order with only a deposit was good, rather than paying the full amount up front.
The delivery was well scheduled and delivery company very helpful in delivering the cabin pallets to the required areas.
We had a few issues with items on the order such as roof glue arriving damaged, roofing covering wrong size and a sauna cabin glass scratched, but these were soon remedied by Lewis who has been outstanding through the whole process and is a very knowledgeable and helpful.
One thing I would say, is that these cabins have fairly basic assembly instructions and caused us a few issues during the self build process even though we are quite competent and engineering minded. A few photos in the build manual would have been a great help - I would say that you need to be quite technical to self build the larger cabins.
Overall, the products are great, well made at a reasonable price and Simply Cabins have been excellent to deal with. Many thanks.

Ordered the Palmako Cecilia
Ordered the Palmako Cecilia. The order was ready to ship sooner than expected but they kindly held onto it for me for a few weeks while I prepped the base.
Delivery was on time and did go well, although it did show up in a much bigger lorry than I was told it would.
Craig and his team were amazing, there was a slight delay due to problems with a previous build which is understandable. Once they arrived they were great, started first thing and left before dark. Very kind and polite and explained the whole process as they were building. Left the area tidy once they finished and it was a pleasure having them.
Would definitely not hesitate to use them again.

5 x 5 log store
Purchased a 5 x 5 log store. Ordered and delivered with no problems. Construction was a bit time consuming drilling holes and lots of screws. Few splits and knots in the wood. Found the roof to be very flimsy thin slats which could have done with a central support underneath which I might add myself at some point and possibly put some shed felt on top. The roof sits at an angle so securing to the back wall was awkward. Painted 2 coats Cuprinol Willow and now filled with logs.

Spend a bit more and save yourself aggravation
Purchase and delivery fine and customer friendly. Construction a nightmare. Ill fitting and warped timber, Tonge and groove on pyramid roof section 100% wrong and non existent instructions would leave Einstein scratching his head. Took 2 people 4 days to erect.

A Scotland 1 cabin is a substantial build, and we completely agree that you should not need to be Einstein to decipher the manufacturer's assembly manual! Your feedback regarding the pyramid roof instructions and the tongue and groove fitting is highly valuable. We rely on our manufacturing partners to provide precise, easy-to-follow manuals, and we will be passing your exact comments back to their design team so this can be urgently reviewed and improved.
While timber is a natural material that can occasionally warp or settle slightly depending on temperatures and transit, severely ill-fitting components are absolutely not the standard we expect to supply to our customers.

Challenging to put together
Ordering was easy and the price was competitive. Shed was delivered as arranged by two very helpful delivery drivers. All parts were present as listed. We found construction of the shed quite difficult and it took the best part of a day. The doors were particularly challenging and do not fit well, leaving a gap at the top. The left door is slightly bowed outwards at the bottom and the right one appears to be narrower at the top.

However, we are genuinely sorry to hear that the construction proved to be such a challenge and that you are experiencing issues with the doors. While assembling a wooden shed can certainly take the best part of a day, a noticeable gap at the top, bowing at the bottom, and uneven widths are not the finish we expect for our customers.

Muskham 1 log cabin
Bought a Muskham 1 log cabin. Excellent service and fast delivery (5 weeks) from factory to doorstep. Used their recommended builders and Craig and lads were great. Arrived first thing on the day and didn't stop all day until it was finished. Brilliant job. Took us a couple of weeks to get painted etc but now finished and very happy.

Double car port
Has taken us a couple of weekends to dig footings & put the car port together. Looks great & is really sturdy. Only challenge we had was 2 long lengths of wood that were delivered were badly bowed so we had to order separate lengths from B&Q. Hence the 4 rating! From placing the order to delivery was no issue. Instructions were easy enough too!

In my opinion poor build quality and not value for money
Easy to order and customer services were ok.
Got sent wrong shed and 2 roof panels were smashed.
Quick replacement but I had to wait over a week for pallet to be uplifted from my driveway.Did not find hut value for money, poor build quality and sections do not match up panel wise as they are different widths, flooring poor quality and overall very poor build with most panels needing ends trimmed to allow flush and square fitting (lack of quality control)
I would not buy a similar shed after this experience based on quality of build and value for money

Very good
To be fair, it’s really quite good. Very daunting/intimidating when a huge pallet of planks of wood lands! However once you’ve worked out what everything is, and get used to the instructions, it’s not a bad job putting it up. Quality is really good, a few of the tounge and groove boards were slightly damaged, but nothing to lose sleep over. The main structure is very good quality and the windows/doors are excellent. Lewis from the company was really quite helpful and available to talk you through if you get stuck. It’s nice to be able to talk to an experienced person rather than blabbing at some chat bot! I managed to get the main building up in a day and the next morning finished off with the roof. (I ordered a 6m x 3m pent roof summer house which I believe is a pretty big one).
Hopefully this will last many years as it seems very sturdy and good quality, so I don’t expect to need another one any time soon, however if I did (possibly moving house), I’d definitely be a return customer.

Great communication with a query about my order, delivery was very straight forward, a dumpy bag on a pallet placed right in front of the project, making the task easier.
The pebbles themselves are a variety of sizes and look fantastic once they've had a wash, we've had several comments about how nice they look.

Cabin Was Fine – The Service Wasn’t
My experience with Simply Log Cabins has been extremely disappointing.
The delivery process was poorly managed from the outset. I was given an estimated delivery window, only for the driver to arrive hours earlier than expected, causing unnecessary stress and disruption. The EPDM roofing that I had ordered didn’t arrive at all because it had apparently been sent by a completely different supplier, something I was never told in advance.
As a result, I had installers on site with no roof covering. Rather than being unable to complete the build, I spent around three hours driving from store to store trying to source the correct EPDM rubber and adhesive myself. Several suppliers had already sold out, and I was fortunate to eventually find the last few tins of adhesive I needed. This was time that should never have been spent fixing a problem that wasn’t of my making.
To their credit, Simply Log Cabins apologised for the inconvenience and offered to refund the cost of the EPDM. However, they completely ignored the additional costs, disruption and three hours of my own time that were wasted because of their failures.
I then sent a follow-up email asking them to reconsider compensation for the time and inconvenience caused. That email has now been ignored completely. No acknowledgement, no response, nothing.
The cabin itself is good, but customer service is measured by how a company deals with problems when they arise. In my experience, Simply Log Cabins failed badly in that respect. Once the sale was complete, meaningful communication disappeared.
Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this company.
And based on there feedback and bypassing the major point of no EPDM roofing and its delivery issues really says it all they really couldn’t care less, got your money now go away.
