Consistently Outstanding Service
This is my second vehicle from Sinclair Land Rover in Hay-on-Wye, and they’ve delivered yet again. I’ve just picked up my new Defender, and the experience was faultless from start to finish. The sales team are sharp, genuinely helpful, and make the process effortless. The service team back that up with the same high standard—professional, efficient, and easy to deal with.
Consistently excellent. This is exactly why I came back for a second vehicle. Highly recommended.

Excellent service and follow up

We have just collected our Defender 90…
We have just collected our Defender 90 from Sinclair Landrover Hay on Wye.
We initially called in to see what stock they had. We were ushered ushered to Spencer the Salesman. He showed us all the vehicles that matched our requirements. He was very patient, helpful and very knowledgeable. On completing a deal he dealt with all the paperwork. Even changing to our personal registration. All we had to do was to insure it.
The dealership itself was very professional. The hospitality was great and they made the whole experience very enjoyable.
The vehicle was immaculately presented when we collected it and Spencer gave us loads of his time to explain around the vehicle.
I would definitely recommend them to anyone

I recently bought a Range Rover from Sinclair’s. Although Land Rover had a glitch in the system on the 1 st of September I was kept informed daily of what was happening until I collected my vehicle. I have been using Sinclair Hay on Wye for 15 years for regular servicing Angus has always been really helpful. However Spencer Perks helped me build the car of my dreams and when I collected it I couldn’t have been a nicer experience. People buy of people,Spencer really listened to what I wanted and navigated though the process from the beginning to the end which resulted in me getting exactly what I wanted . Thanks Spence ! I would truly recommend you to visit this garage if you appreciate excellent customer service.

Great service courtesy call 2 days prior to the collection.
Service carried out and car delivered back the same day.
A no nonsence dealership that I prefer to use that is 25/30 miles from Hereford even though there is a dealership on the door step. (This speaks volumes)

Range Rover Sport First Edition
After buying my 3 previous Range Rover Sport's from this dealership I naturally went back when it was time to change the car. I'd kept it for longer than I usually do and Sinclair in Hay on Wye have serviced it impeccably since purchase.
I was looked after by Spencer in the sales team who was patient and knowledgeable when discussing my requirements. Despite me calling several times previously and not managing to make a decision he was patient and never made me pressurised to make a decision .
I went for another Sport in the new body shape and Spencer managed to find a First Edition model which I am absolutely delighted with. In fact it makes me smile every time I get in the car.
The whole process was smooth and efficient and I'd highly recommend the dealership both from a sales perspective and also the service department where Angus is excellent.

A good experience all round.
From the very outset communication was great. I dealt with Spencer Perks who has gone out of his way to help - including coming in to see me on his day off. he did not try to oversell the used vehicle I bought but was knowledgeable and realistic. Paperwork was complicated by extraneous factors but all worked very well. I felt looked after.
The delivery also went very well and Paul Rees was a nice guy.

My Defender 22,000 mile service was smooth and efficient. I waited in reception with a coffee and two hours later it was finished and valeted. I couldn’t ask for any more.
