Excellent service, efficient and helpful
We have been customers for many years now, valuing the customer service and excellent relationships with the team near Hay on Wye. Dave Haynes looks after us and is so communicative and helpful. The service department are efficient and the whole company should be commended on their ethos and management. Sinclair are a brilliant company and we highly recommend. We have closer Land Rover dealerships but have always been willing to travel a bit further because of the excellent and well rounded service we receive every time.

Have used this garage for over 20 years even though it is not my closest dealership. Their level of service and customer care is second to none. Our regular salesman Dave Haynes goes above and beyond at every turn. Cannot recommend them highly enough. Even down to delivering our car for us when we were too ill to collect it!

My RR Evoque was on a recall
My RR Evoque was on a recall, was given a courtesy car with only 21 miles on the clock! Got my car back, valet done and fuel put in the tank for me due to a previous issue when their internet went down (long story)! Excellent!!!!!

Friendly, knowledgeable and helpful staff
I’ve been taking my car to Sinclair Hay-on-Wye for a few years now and have always found them very helpful and responsive. Then recently I bought a secondhand Discovery Sport from them. Some weeks later I noticed a problem with the paintwork - no fault of Sinclair or Landrover - it seemed that the vehicle may have had some poor repair work done in the past which they weren’t told about. However Sinclair fixed the problem at no cost to me, which I thought very good of them.

We recently had our vehicle serviced at Sinclair Hay-on-Wye. As usual all went well. Staff are helpful, friendly and knowledgeable. They are also prepared to go the extra mile to get things done. A special mention for Adrian from whom we have bought many vehicles over the years. He takes the trouble to find out exactly what one’s requirements are and nothing is too much trouble.
