Outstanding customer service from Sinclair and in particular Sean Denning. Very knowledgeable and very helpful. I just cant fault the service provided by this company, and they actually answer the phone very quickly. In comparison to some other LRJ dealers this company is exceptional

As I had to wait for my service today…
As I had to wait for my service today Rhian mayne made me feel welcome with her professional and personal service. Explained that it might take some time to complete the service and had I had to weight explained the snacks and refreshments was free and available which made my wait seem like I was having a nice coffee shop with the luxury of looking and smelling new luxury brand cars thank you Rhian

Today, I took my vehicle to Sinclair Newport for a recall and vehicle health check, and once again, I received first-class service. Rhian from the Service Team looked after me, arranging my booking for the dates I preferred. The team also provided a detailed video review of my vehicle and even carried out a wash and hoover, which was a wonderful touch. A big thank you to Rhian and the whole team for delivering such excellent service.

My car went into Sinclair Newport Land…
My car went into Sinclair Newport Land Rover for a replacement diesel filter , and Nox sensor
Unfortunately this was the Tuesday the cyber attack happened
Sean Denning kept me informed at all times
I was away on holiday for 2 weeks the following day so my car was then booked in for the Monday I returned
There were no courtesy cars available so I left the car on the Monday
A further issue meant my car had to remain at Sinclare
Overnight
Sean contacted me to explain and managed to arrange a small run around car for me while the works were completed
Give the circumstances around computers and accessing parts I would thank Sean for his communication and arranging a vehicle for me at short notice

Friendly and helpful service and advice. Generally easy to deal with. Did exactly what they said they would. I have to say I’ve had some bad experiences with other dealers, and this was a refreshing change.
