I recently purchased a Polo Life from Volkswagen Port Talbot. Nick Williams, who dealt with the sale throughout, worked hard to secure the car I was looking for and at the right price. He could not have been more helpful. The staff at the garage when I went to collect could not have been nicer either. A really 5* service. I’m a return customer which speaks volumes in itself.

I had to change my trusty old Freelander that I’d had for the last 15 years. Sinclair Port Talbot branch was recommended by a family member so we went there one Sunday afternoon, the staff there were superb and the customers service was second to none. Mainly dealt with Gareth and Danielle, but everyone there were so friendly it honestly felt we were in somebody’s front room. We tried a few vehicles and Danielle found exactly what we were looking for and within a couple of weeks we were driving of the forecourt in our Tiguan. As you can tell from above I don’t change cars often but the experience at the Port Talbot branch was brilliant and painless, and I would highly recommend them. They are also very knowledgeable about fine watches and good whiskey too, so you the conversation isn’t all car related . 👍🏻

The knowledge of the sales executive when discussing the car I was interested in was first class, with no pressure applied to make a decision. Being happy to give us two test drives to confirm our choice was key to our decision, and on collection day everything was ready as promised, with all paperwork done in a very efficient manner.
The car had been prepared to a very high standard, and the handover covered everything I needed to know in a detailed but simple manner. All in all an experience that I can only describe as excellent.
